Absolutely the worst service. Acted like we were interrupting there party. Wasn't any help with finding the part. We left and I will rot in hell before I ever enter that place again. What a hole

We bought our new trailer at Camping World. Really appreciated how they listened to what we were looking for and found us a great deal. Justin assisted us and did a great job helping us navigate the process. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

DON'T DO IT! Bought a Brand NEW 2021 Baha Trailer in Sept 2020 through Mark Nichols at Gresham. When I picked it up it had NO TABLE. They told me they would get the table soon. Couple months later they hand me a box and some parts. When I get home it's a bunch of parts and the table is in the box. NO Leg, NO screws and WHY am I building this table for my BRAND NEW TRAILER? !? !? I own a business and would be horrified to know my customers had to build their own product! I STILL don't have a usable table for my trailer, STILL NO LEG to this day. I had to evacuate from fires without a table in it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD (HAVING).

Mark was an excellent salesman. We were more than happy with him and all the other people we dealt with

1st time we went to that location even tho they have there for 15 or so years. Great, friendly service. Bought some antifreeze and a water pump.

I still think the products are very limited and prices are set much too high compared to competitors

High pressure sales. Con you into warranty packages that you CAN'T get refunded. Don't believe then when they say they can.

Love their store; however sales team is very pushy. You cannot look at the inventory without being pulled into a square room - salesman asking tons of questions. All we wanted to do was look at the inventory with a salesperson

We have bought a trailer and a 5th wheel from Camping World in Troutdale. Although the buying experience was fine, the after purchase service has been the worst I have ever experienced. Their technician's do shoddy work and leave the RV dirty. We even had someone go to the bathroom in the toilet and not flush it. We went in today to make sure they have everything they need for our appointment next week, an appointment we had to make weeks in advance, and we were told that they don't order parts until they have a chance to look at the rv. Ok I get that. They then proceeded to tell us that they are also 5 days behind so they won't be able to diagnose our problem for at least 5 days and the parts we want will take about 6 weeks to order. I told them they can't have my rv for 6 weeks. The girl said, oh no you can just bring it back. Like it's no big deal to hook it up and take it down there repeatedly. What I really don't understand is why I even made an appointment. When you make an appointment isn't it to have the service at least started that day? I know when I make a doctor appointment I don't have to wait 5 days after my scheduled appointment to be looked at. It's not like I need a major fix. The manufacturer told us to bring it in to have a new mirror put on in the bathroom and we want black shades put in the bedroom. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE! We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at your place of business. Do a better job taking care of your customers after they lay down the money because if you don't they won't come back and word of mouth will get around and you will start losing business.

Horrible service tried getting someone on the phone it just rang for 10 min straight. I tried calling at least 15 times. Only spoke with some one once and she said "If you want something come to the store" and hung up.

Wish I could get through on the phone or find someone with time to acknowledge me at the counter. I've been trying to get cost on an awning to cover my pull out for weeks.can't seem to get anyone interested in taking my money. I go in, stand in line for 15 - 20 minutes while counter persons jaw on the phone; I go home and call to be put on hold until I'm out of patience and cell minutes. Once, maybe ok, but I've tried 3 times now at the counter and called 5 - 6 times.

If I get kind of service when I want to purchase, I wonder what it'd be like if I had an issue?

Don't buy anything from this company. They knowingly sell junk and then refuse to stand behind what they sold. It's all about the money to them not the customers satisfaction. I will never spend another dime there. I'm going to the Apachie store on 82nd from now on

They will rip you off. We bought a 2008 Keystone Raptor for 32k, tried to sell it back or consign it 1 year later and they said they would only take 17k. Their excuse was depreciation. It is hard to believe it would depreciate by 50% in 1 year. Total rip off!
