Mike did incredible work applying the ceramic coating to my black 4Runner. He kept me informed on progress throughout the day and was rightfully excited to deliver the end result.

I was recommended to take my first car to the Car Toys on Jantzen Beach a few years ago and experienced fantastic service. I just recently bought a new car and wanted to take it back to them for some upgrades to my stereo system. Jacob Lothman was absolutely fantastic. He helped me with my free consultation and was able to answer all my questions!

Ashley was AMAZING she spent time answering every question I had. Definitely will come back and get my system with her

I got the groupon detailing and Mike McCanals did such an amazing job on my honda. NGL it was pretty dirty and it looks like it's fresh off the lot. 5 stars for Mike

Very helpful and professional team! They explained the purpose and cost of all the components needed to upgrade my stereo while keeping my steering wheel controls and Bluetooth.

I went to Car Toys to have a remote start put in. Brad was amazing in helping me check in and with getting the product for me. Scott did a fantastic job installing it and Brandon did an outstanding job on cleaning my headlights. I really couldn't see out of the in the morning going to work but now they look brand new. You guys have a customer for life thanks for everything!

Not a great experience. My husband showed up as soon as they opened and they took the car back to get started. But then the technician who was supposed to do the job got "called into a meeting" and left, so the job hadn't even been started by the estimated finish time. The work was done well, but the inconvenience will make me think twice about going back.

This placed sucked for customer service and they don't know how to satisfy customers that were going to brng them more services to my car I will never shop at this location again now I have 3 speckers and one that don't work and they installed it and then came to me it was going to 55 dollars to run a 10 wire that highway robbery to me

Absolutely first class establishment! Installer Corey was amazing. Could have charged me for stuff I didn't need.however, instead showed me what my problem was, fixed it and told me to come see him when I needed something done! Thank you fellas! You certainly earned my business!

The closing crew on 8-27 rock! Brian, Alex, Vince and Kegan took my truck in at 6: 00pm and installed a rocking system and finished quicker than estimated. Fast, clean and professional! AAA+ service

Went to get an Aux jack installed in my Jeep, specifically called this location to get a price for part and Install and was quoted $150 for everything at most (install, part, etc). Spend 2 hours getting to the location in traffic only to be told it would be double what I was told over the phone. Will not go back to car toys again, so disappointing.

Horrible experience. Staff doesn't seem knowledgeable just willing to sell "anything" then way over charge for parts to install! Went somewhere else and got a better stereo 100% better customer service and much more affordable installation and parts! Will never go back to car toys huge RIP off!

The installation was quick. Was quoted a 2 hour wait and Brian had it done in 1 hour.

I highly recommend them and this location for your car needs.

$224 to install one speaker and replace the cigarette lighter. You tell me if that is reasonable. They did have to run a wire to the speaker, but I don't think the price was reasonable. At least they were fast.

They supostley put new speakers with they forgot to install one plus the price is ridiculous never shopping there

Keegan great installer. Overall experience with Car Toys at Jantzen Beach in Portland Oregon was great. They also installed a Clifford alarm system and remote start.

I went there to get a new head unit installed for my jeep. After selecting what I wanted Jacob was was able to help me understand what it was I was buying and the cost it would be. After purchasing what I wanted Jacob was very honest and told me one of things that was recommended wasn't needed and refunded the money to me. Love the honesty and nice staff, definitely a future costumer

Gavan Johnson installed my new touch screen stereo in my 2005 Toyota Corolla it was FANTASTIC I’m definitely bringing my other car in to get a touch screen stereo for it also. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would and everyone there was super nice thanks Gavan! I’m super happy with the results my car sounds better than I thought it would.
