Have been into this location multiple times with multiple vehicles and there is an issue every time. Had to go back twice for faulty wiring on a stereo I bought here. With another vehicle, they insisted on charging for an issue that they caused during installation. Ask for Brandon, he is very helpful. Had some very important documents in my vehicle that were removed for some reason, and when I got them back they had been drawn on. Not acceptable!

THAD is an amazing installer. Very knowledgable on various products, his work is always clean, and well put together. I wont let anyone else do installs in my cars!

Brian helped me out with setting up an awesome sub woofer and amp in my car, amazing customer service and very very fair prices. They worked extra time free of charge cause I changed my mind, amazing place and amazing service!

If you have time constraints (if you don’t have an entire Saturday to burn) you’re better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself.

Sale and Install went great, however, got a call saying my vehicle was ready when it clearly wasn’t. I showed up at the store and waited for over two hours for them to take my vehicle out of the garage. This is after they took several hours for install. They claimed they had to finish the other vehicles blocking mine in before they could back it out. There has got to be a better way of doing this, guys.
