Polo earned my business but being the easiest and most straight forward sales person I contacted. No haggling, just gave me a fair price and I bought the car. He is also very personable and knowledgable. Love my new Subaru!

Just bought a new outback with Joseph Hernandez and it was AMAZING. He is a no bull, laid back guy who was extremely helpful in finding the perfect car for me! The process was smooth and quick and I will be recommending him to everyone:) Truly exceptional service!

One of the best dealerships I’ve worked with, both in sales and service. Everyone has been friendly and transparent. I’ve been taking my Subaru here for about 5 years for routine maintenance and a couple recall repairs, and every visit has been excellent.

Jessica is the best! She was able to get me exactly the car I wanted, and she was a joy to work with! Super fun to chat with, never pushy at all, and made sure that I was 100% happy with my new Crosstrek. Definitely recommend working with her!

Before going in to check on a Hyundai Tucson I came across on the web, I made sure to check if it was still there considering sometimes 3rd party websites don’t show the most recent sales, Carr Subaru was quick to call & make sure that the SUV was still there. I got to meet up with Andrew who made the whole experience a whole lot BETTER. He was accommodating & honest! My boyfriend & I were impressed at how professional but still made us feel like we were family to him. I loved the personal connections he related with us while we were in the process of purchasing the car. Margaret was the lady we discussed with the financial options & her too, made our day awesome. Everyone at Carr Subaru are very nice & lively! Awesome to see that the employees really show how much they love their job, it reflects on the happy customers very well! Thank you again Andrew for being an awesome sales rep!

I recently was helping my grandma find a new car she was very nervous! But Carr Subaru was such an amazing expierence, Josh Z was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and making sure my grandma was comfortable and informed the entire time. The attention to detail that josh and crew had was very impressive, i would highly recommend Carr Subaru for a great, easy and smooth buying experience! 10/10

Has the nicest salesman Jimmy who helped us out in finding the right vehicle for us. Finance department was also a HUGE help and worked with us on the price. If you're in the market for a new vehicle this is the dealership to come to.

Our salesman was really great, dealership was meh. Yosef Shareef has a bright future. Hands down the best test drive I have ever been on, we went over curbs, and through giant potholes. The car handled it like a champ. Ask for Yosef and test drive the crosstrek. Pure fun.

I have come into this dealership many times over the last 6 months. Today I had the pleasure of working with Yusef. Yusef was very sweet and knowledgeable. I loved that he started working here because his own mom was getting a subaru. I highly recommend this place. They are helpful in making sure you do not drive off the lot in a vehicle that is simply out of your means.

Their service department is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and fair. I had to quickly get a headlight bulb replaced on my Subaru Outback right before a trip to Bend and they got me in and out very quickly and were very reasonably priced.

Joshua Z is the best Subaru sales person on earth - he knows everything about the cars, but also applies zero pressure and is so friendly and easy to work with. Extra points for letting me text him all week long with questions that he answered instantly!
Never felt forgotten about, but never felt pressured. He was so knowledgeable about my options (buying 1 year used vs brand new, leasing vs finance, etc)

Thank you Joshua you are the man! I will be recommending everyone to Carr because of him

Initial Service was 5 stars.or was it?
Jimmy was awesome. Austin helped me get the loan and Kamy made the magic happen (or so I was told). I never thought I'd get financed, but the teamwork there made the dream work here Thanks Jimmy, Austin, and Kamy.

And then there was ONE (Star).

Jan 5: I got a call from the bank that approved the loan (Consumer Portfolio Services) saying the dealership wasn't sending them the information so they needed me to send it to them directly. When I spoke to the bank they told me the loan was not yet approved. Immediately afterwards, I contacted the dealership and they told me not to worry the loan was already approved.

Jan. 11th and I am contacted by the dealership telling me I need to return the vehicle because the bank declined the loan. WAIT WHAT? You just finished telling me not to worry because the bank already approved the loan. Now you're saying bring the car back?

In the contract it states that the dealership holds the right to carry in-house financing if the lender chosen backs out of the contract. When I asked CARR Subaru what I need to do to obtain the in house financing if the lender won't hold true, they tell me they don't offer in house financing. Why is it in the contract then? What is it with this place and being honest?
I have a meeting with them on Monday since them and the lender can't get on the same page. I'll keep everyone posted.

Followup: As promised I have been in contact with the dealership and there is not yet a viable solution. As for the vehicle they provided a good deal and my first ever Subaru.what a nightmare this has become. They are still trying though. It would be great if they would stand by the contract we already have, I guess we'll see what happens.

We worked with J. D. Card who was patient, incredibly professional, and well informed. We felt like we got excellent service without being pressured into something we didn't want or couldn't afford. We felt like we got all of our questions answered and were able to find exactly what we were looking for in the price range we had established at the beginning of our conversation. We would definitely return to Carr Subaru again and would highly recommend J. D. Thanks!

Just bought my 3rd WRX from this dealership.
Two other models also.
There's always turnover, over the years of salesmanship, but every time I'm ready to buy, they always have the sales staff to shine.
Got my 2019 wrx 1/11/19.
Enrique was the shining.
Will always go back, service and purchase of vehicles.
