Dropped by for a test drive and met Big D. She is awesome. You should ask for her if you visit the dealership. Super easy, not pushy at all. Ended up coming back the following day to make a purchase. Big D is super helpful and willing to get any and all info for you that you ask for.

My overall experience with the Carr auto group was very positive. No one tried to "sell" us on anything, which is always a big plus when making a large purchase like a new car. We bought a Subaru, so not sure WHEN, but we will be coming here again for our vehicle needs in the future.

After walking through the car lot, With the help of Jimmy Thomas, my parents were able to easily purchase a Subaru without hassle.

Yusef was extremely helpful and moved us through the system at the speed we wanted and had some great ways to show us that the car we were getting was right for us, including off-road testing!

Went into test drive the Ascent and dreaded the potential for high pressure sales tactics and salespeople with lousy attitudes and were shocked and amazed by all of the people at Carr Subaru. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, but we were most impressed by Adam Gates.he gave us the most thorough rundown of all the ins and outs of Subaru’s technology, which neithe my wife or I had ever used or were even familiar with. By the end of our test drive we knew this was the car and dealership for us. Adam was so personable and thoughtful in his approach. It’s very clear that he loves the product he sells. He’s a shining star among stars at Carr Subaru and we’re glad we were able to do business with him. We were looking at various makes and models but were sold after seeing everything the Subaru was capable of. Adam gave the most comprehensive demonstration/test drive I’ve ever seen.

Great customer service. Jimmy, our salesman, made everything easy from beginning to end. He went into details about the specifics of the cars without making it complicated and everything was fast and smooth.

Very well run service shop. Initially the had lost my appointment when I showed up, but Brandon Palmer stepped in and found a slot for us. I needed 105K service completed. I had checked around to get an idea of costs, but one place could somework but not all etc. I wanted to have a dealer take care of it who knew what they were doing. It turned out about the same cost. I also needed brakes. I had an estimate from *** ***** where I have always had brake work done. So when at the dealer since I was already there I thought I would have them do it. Turns out they were almost 25% less. I always assumed dealers were more expensive. Not Carr. I totally recommend using them.

I really like this experience with Yusef. I got the car but only because he impressed me a lot. I think everybody will be happy with his welcome smile and his attitude to help. He in fact did his best to convince us and succeeded. I congratulate him for his efficiency. He is really excellent salesperson. I wish him the best.

I had a great experience at Carr Subaru with Yusef. I just came in for an oil change for my Impreza that I also leased with Carr. I was killing time looking at cars and Yusef showed me the only manual Crosstrek they had on the lot. My lease was ending and had been leaning towards a Crosstrek. They happened to have the exact model that I wanted and a MANUAL! Yusef was great, answered all my questions or found answers to the ones he didn't know off hand. We took the Crosstrek for a fun and unconventional test drive. I hadn't planned on trading my previous car in when I went in, but they were able to offer me a great deal that I couldn't pass up. Yusef did a great job breaking down the way they came up with the numbers for my new lease and broke it down to help me understand how they were able to get me into a new car for the same price that I was paying before. The wait for financing was quite long but that was only because they were so busy. Yusef was hustling and running between assisting multiple customers they were so busy. Very happy with my new Crosstrek and plan on returning to Carr Subaru for my next Subaru. I gave 4 stars because of the wait for financing but if I had the option I'd give Yusef 5 stars.

I thought that a typical car buying experience means having to deal with sketchy car salesman. However, this was not the case Taylor at Carr Subaru was upfront and honest about the entire process. I never felt cheated or pressured in to signing papers for purchase. Taylor went above and beyond my expectations from test drive to delivery. Highly recommended.
