The room was adequate, albeit a bit of a noisy location. If you want to get a glass of wine, however, go somewhere else! We were charged $14 for a single glass of chardonnay! Totally ridiculous!

Found the rooms to be noisy and somewhat depressing considering the price. The staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly.

Stayed in room with 2queen beds. The day after I made the reservation I received emails asking if I wanted to “upgrade” to another floor for a fee. The room was very are small and cramped. Shower/toilet is in a 6’ x 6’ square with a door. The vanity is located in the bedroom area, so there is no privacy from or for your room mate. And the worst insult was being charged for the breakfast buffet. Staff were lovely and helpful, and apologetic. There are many hotels in the area and it will be worth your time exploring options.

This Hotel is near Washington Square Mall. It would be worth the extra expense to go to the embassy suites though. The room here was small, right next to the elevator. They did not worn me of that until i was checking in. They offered a free breakfast or drinks, neither were worth it. When I went to check out in the morning no one was at the desk, I even knocked on their office door with no reaponse. Waited around 20 minutes with no one showing up. It was ridiculous. Not going to stay at a double tree again.

I was in no way impressed with my 2 night stay with this hotel. WiFi is 10$ breakfast is 10$ a person and so are the drinks from the bar 9.50$ for 1 watered down margarita that was in a tiny hotel cup. The staff was super friendly except for when my fiance tried to handle an issue with our credit card, the front desk guy named Stephan treated him poorly because he was in his work clothes and didn't look like he "belonged" only after I came back from my meeting all dressed up and looking like I "belonged" did the front desk guy change his attitude and was more then willing to help me even though I was asking the same darn things my fiance did an hour before. The rooms however were super clean and comfy but I did not like how noisy they were I made sevral noise complaints about our neighbors under us and their yapping dog that seriously barked and yapped for hours at a time and the guests above us whom let their kids run a marthon and scream all before 6 am nothing was ever done about these complaints and we are utterly exsausted from our lack of sleep from this I totally expected higher standard from a Hilton and feel like we were completely ripped off and would have been much better off staying at a motel 6 and saving hundreds of dollars. I truely expected way more for the price we paid and I really doubt we will ever stay at another Hilton

Very very unsatisfied customer: (: (: (
