Garbage, heartless, money grubbing landlords. All they care about is your money and they take forever to actually fix anything.

We are new to Evergreen Property Management and was a former V2 Properties client and we are so grateful to still be able to work with Michael Bass as our home inspector. He is always so kind, knowledgeable and very respectful when he comes into our home and he compliments and acknowledges the work we put into maintaining our home. So happy he's with EPM.

Been working with Kat and Rolan, both great at getting you what you need in a timely fashion, can’t wait to live in our new home managed by Evergreen. The portal is easy to use and even accepts cards for a small fee if you are in a tight spot or prefer paying via credit card. Maintenance requests are put through the app as well.

Great company to work with, process was smooth and fairly quick and straightforward! Property was clean and showed well. Someone always answers the phone which is great. If you’ve worked with other pms you’ll know it’s often difficult to get someone on the phone. Love that they have a user friendly portal to log into. I’ve been speaking to Rolan, who is friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall good experience.

My condo that l rent has not had a management company before; it was managed by the owners. Evergreen and my tenant contact, Kat, have been very responsive and thorough the process of my move-in.

Even though l was on vacation with limited cell service when l signed the lease, Evergreen and Kat made it easy.

I recommend them.

Just as the most recent reviews say, please take them into serious consideration when debating renting from this property management and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We were with V2 properties and they recent merged with EPM. We’ve only been in our our rental since July (1 month) and we’ve already had numerous amount of issues with this rental. Our latest issue being we’ve had an infestation of ants that just keeping popping up, besides our best efforts to use all the traps we can and keep things clean and swept at all times. When I submitted a work order (because according to my lease agreement which EPM said they would honor in an email), Owners/Agent is responsible for the upkeep of pest infestations, and that we as tent ants have the right to request for more treatments if needed. Short after putting in a request we get an email from Rolan saying that it’s a tenant issue and proceeds to cancel our work order. I have yet to hear back from them after I’ve called numerous times about this issue.

So believe the reviews when they say that this company DOES NOT CARE about its tenants. Their responses to these types of reviews are prime example. Instead of rectifying the issue, their weak response is “sorry you don’t feel the love. ”

I recently rented a property managed by Evergreen, and I am deeply disappointed with both the neglected well water quality and the dismissive response from the owner. Despite paying $3200 per month for a seemingly nice house, I was not provided with any disclosure about the well water's condition.

Upon moving in, it became evident that the well water contained significant amounts of sulfur, resulting in a foul odor, skin irritation during showers, and an unpleasant taste. Even when using softeners and fragrant conditioners, my clothes would never smell clean after doing laundry.

After repeatedly complaining about the issue, Evergreen took the initiative to send a well water quality company to test the water. The technician confirmed that the well required an Iron and sulfur filtration unit to address the problem effectively. Following the testing, Evergreen assured me that they would install a filtration unit to remediate the smell and taste issues.

To temporarily alleviate the problem, they shocked the well with chlorine, which provided a brief respite from the foul odor. However, within a week, the well water began to stink and taste as bad as before. At this point, I reached out to Evergreen once again, seeking information on the status of the promised filtration unit. Unfortunately, their response was highly unsatisfactory.

The owner of Evergreen, in her reply to my concerns, displayed a shocking level of disregard for my well-being and the issue at hand. Her response was dismissive and failed to acknowledge the severity of the problem. Instead of taking responsibility and demonstrating a commitment to resolving the water quality issue, she simply stated that the well water can have a unique smell and taste, implying that my concerns were subjective and inconsequential.

Furthermore, the owner stated that the water had been tested and declared safe by water professionals, effectively brushing off the ongoing problems I was experiencing. This dismissive attitude towards my legitimate concerns is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and empathy.

I find it deeply troubling that Evergreen and its owner have chosen to neglect their responsibility to provide a habitable living environment and have failed to fulfill their commitment to addressing the well water quality issue. Their indifferent response and refusal to take appropriate action have left me with the burden of hauling water or enduring the unpleasantness of using contaminated water for daily activities.

I strongly advise against renting from Evergreen, as their neglectful approach to tenant concerns and the dismissive attitude of the owner indicate a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very smooth process from initially viewing the home as a prospect to approval. The home was very clean and well kept. The leasing department has been very responsive and kind. We only wish that we could of met someone in person in the process. That is the only change we would request. Overall, very satisfied.

I have delt with too many not so great management companies - Evergreen is definitely one of the good ones! They are very helpful and quick with any issues. This is our second time renting a home from them (not back to back) and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Evergreen Property Management is amazing. Rolan was very professional with me especially since I bugged he & Misty it seemed like 50 times a day! They worked with me on things I wasn't clear on & they still maintain a great impression to clients. I would recommend Evergreen Property Management if ever needed! Thanks guys
