If you're looking for a leasing agency that cares about their tenants, this is far from the right place.

I've been with 3 different property management companies, each one after the other there's hope that maybe we'll get somebody who's nice, helpful, and caring. That's absolutely never the case. With this company, and all the ones we've dealt with before it, you get the short end of the stick. Any appliance that breaks that isn't deemed "absolutely necessary" will not be replaced. "Cleaners" never really cleaned, or lie about cleaning. Apparently our heater filter was changed in October when the property was cleaned, but according to the paper documentation on the side of the heater, it hasn't been changed since 2009, and visibly looks so. We've also found dolls and garbage swept under the cabinets and even under the dishwasher, which for some reason has no bottom guard. Sure, the house is in "livable condition" but when we're paying full rent and utilities, there shouldn't be the need to replace things ourselves. It's not like we own the property.
