The staff are extremely gossipy about members at all branches I've been to in the Portland metro area. I've found first tech branch employees to be the least professional and most rude of all the banks I have accounts at. The best branch seems to be the tannisborne location but even there I've heard branch staff openly speculate about people's finances based off their appearance as they walk into the branch (they were making these kinds of jokes right in front of me as I was sitting at a banker's desk for service)
