Fred Meyer, Portland OR

My favorite Fred Meyer by far. Maybe its the building? And people are polite and kind. They are well stocked on everything. Just picked up crabs, ribeyes, t bones, and these beautiful flowers!

I forgot to check ️online what departments Burlingame Fred Meyer encompassed. This location has been recently renovated. However, there is no Fred Meyer Jewelers inside the Burlingame Fred Meyer. I found out the information I sought rather quickly. I asked the Fred Meyer customer service desk. The lovely Fred Meyer employee politely answered "No" to my question. I then proceeded to my vehicle and returned to 99w to continue homeward. Overall, I experienced a positive aura from the employees of Fred Meyer @ Burlingame. Located off Barbur Blvd, across the street from the Terwilliger I-5 off ramp exits. In summary, I wasn't inside the Burlingame Fred Meyer for very long. Total time inside store was 10 min.

Worst ever I will never shop here again. This place is out of control. Tons of people shop lifting, stealing food in plain sight and nothing is being dona bout it. I don’t feel safe here

This is definitely the worst Freddy's I've ever been too. It never looks clean, their staff are either unwilling or unable to speak with any sense of joy or enthusiasm, patrons are rude and foul mouthed. I had pulled my mask down to take a drink of my coffee, (not sure why they're are still required at this store, we all know now it was all a scam and masks never prevented anything, that's why you could wear what ever you wanted on your face since day 1), and an employee very snarky "told" me to put it on, not asked, like you would have expected from a customer service employee. Then an older lady looked like she was there for Pall Malls went on a vulgar rant at me and walked by me more than once to curse at me in her raspy voice instead of minding her own business. Ugh, horrible experience.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Always a long line. Never enough pharmacists or technicians. God help you if they have an issue with your insurance. The tech won't call anyone to figure it out. One time the med is $15. The next month it's free. The next month they think you don't have insurance. If you want to get your med it's then $45. You can show them a paper with your insurance card and they tell you you need to call your insurance that you just told them you called. Can't switch to another pharmacy fast enough.

This is a review for the staff at the Fred Meyer. I lost my wallet after I checked out.

I realized I lost my wallet later in the day. I retraced my steps using my Tile app and went back to Fred Meyers. The customer service department had my wallet! Not only that, it had the $131 dollars of cash that was lost with it.

Very happy with the employees / customer service at this location.

Neat retro signage on this Fred Meyer location. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The only issue I ran into here was with finding the curbside pickup area. If you miss the first entrance, you need to go around the block to find it.

8: 15pm on a Friday evening and the store decided to close all checkout lines and self-checkout areas at apart from 2 despite a large influx in customers. Waiting in a line more than 20 customers long when lines were less than 3 customers 5 minutes ago

I have not found my shopping experience to be pleasant since the remodel. What a horrible layout.

Terrible customer service at this pharmacy.puts you on hold without speaking to you first. Keeps putting you back on hold until you’re transferred to customer service. Customer service tells you the best they can do is put you back through to pharmacy.

I shop at this location multiple times each week. Everyone is very friendly. Most frequently I am assisted by Roger or Trevor. Extremely friendly while offering swift service. The store is in walking distance from my residence. I also frequent the Starbucks inside as well. And I would say they offer the same great friendly service as well.

Watch out at this store. They are notorious for posting items at 1 price and ringing it up at a higher price.

It's OK, not super clean, mostly stocked up, lines were busy but waited only like 5min to get thru register. I wouldn't take my kid there several sketchy people.

Excellent customer service. Gentleman (Tom?) Helped me with self checkout and was just super! He shared that he had worked at the Burlington Fred Meyers for 47+ years! Great person and Lucky Freddies to have such an outstanding employee! Thank you so very much

Consistently sub par customer service. Bought dishes they didn't pad when packed and were broken when I got home. Employees act like they are bothered to help you. Store is played out oddly, despite new remodel. All in all a terrible FM.

I don't like the new remodel, and unfortunately I'll be driving a few more miles down the road to Wal-Mart for cheaper prices.

No Instacart here anymore. Long lines. Long waiting periods in line. Stores being remodeled so everything's changing. No deli access as a result of putting a Starbucks into the store. So much better to put a local coffee shop instead of Starbucks chain.

Other then them undergoing some minor construction and products kinda being a little mixed up and not arranged like usual i love this fred meyer, the employees are always friendly and everything is always fresh. I shop at this freddies everyday and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst Fred Meyer in Portland Metro. Most services, kiosks, bathroom sinks, and (evidently) employees Out of Order.

The Burlingame Fred Meyer has gone through a lot of changes throughout the twenty years I've been shopping here, and all of them are designed with the customer in mind. I'm happy to say that the customers support and friendly employees, along with the good prices and logical store layout, after the reasons I shop here.
