Fred Meyer reviews
31Don't really care for the new layout of the store. I find it more confusing. I didn't stay long
Better than Safeway but the lines are ridiculous. Sunday at 6pm and two registers open. Two different employees told me it wasn’t their problem and couldn’t be bothered to ask someone who could help or was at least willing.
They've gone down hill bad customer service and listening to what the customers want is no longer in their interest
The store itself is good but it's being overrun by homeless people. Thank god they have a police officer at the store!
Found a homeless woman in the bathroom washing her underwear in the sink. Her hair was wet, so she had probably washed her hair also. And who knows what else
Can NEVER find ANYTHING I'm looking for. EVERY DAMNED WEEK, they move all the merchandise to a another location in the store, INCLUDING FOOD!
I love this fredmyer plenty of parking and I always find just what I need here! The new owners (Kroger better not mess fredmyer up)
Always an easy shop. Usually have what I want. Though I wish they would stop moving their ailes around. I think they have renovated, or moved their aislse 3 times in the past 2 years!
I love their garden section.
It is as good as any of the other Free Meyer stores I shop at in Portland Metro - with ONE BIG EXCEPTION;
They did away with the Natiral Foods Dept.and moved all of it's items, now inter-mixed throughout the store
As a result - even though it might be on my route - I don't think I will shop at THAT location any more.
Oh - there is NO cell phone signal inside either!
Staff was not helpful to my 90yr old friend who just had prescription s move to gateway fm. I'm very frustrated with service she didn't received at gateway store. Work on elder service needs attention.ie place where elders can hear directions for medications.
