29Inside the store is clean, well stocked with wide isles. The draw back is the parking lot. Small lanes and spaces with heavy traffic. Never ever go there at high peak times. And 99W is the worst
Worst fredmeyers layout in oregon! Smallesr clothing section ever and not even good customer service.
I write the next words in all caps to amplify my feeling. CORY TIFF SHOULD NOT BE THE MANAGER OF THE HOME DEPARTMENT! With the kind of service he gave me, with the way he went out of his way to personally deliver a convertible sofa to my home, I must state what should be obvious to anyone who understands great customer service. And that statement is - CORY TIFF SHOULD BE THE MANAGER OF THE ENTIRE STORE!
At the present time they are remodeling and the store is a disaster. Everything is moved and hard to find. Even the employees aren't sure where things are.
I realize the store is being rearranged, however, that does not explain why the it is such a mess of empty boxes, why the eggs are nearly gone, why the wine Dept has no service, nor why the employees are standing around chatting with each other. It does explain why there are so many abandoned carts. The customers got fed-up and left.
Kids play area! Shopping with kids free~ while you are shopping, kids can play in kids playground area! Nice staffs and great security for kids playground. But it is very sad that they will close the area after July 8th.please do not close out!
I brought in a receipt to show I had purchased an it9an forgot it. The cashier didn't want to give me the item because it was from another location. Anyway this was so embarrassing.
Clean, Leat selection in all areas. Lots of men's shirts and electronics. Plenty of Parking out front. Not usually super busy. This store seems a lot smaller than the one in Tualatin or Beaverton. I wish the grocery didn't divide the home side from the clothing side. I go to the Tualatin store for clothes though. Their selection is huge.
