After visiting a few other dealerships around Portland, a family friend suggested we head to Herzog-Meier Volkswagon. I couldn't be happier that I listened to them. Thomas Provost, a salesman for Herzog took excellent care of us. My wife is 8 moths pregnant and we were hesitant to bring her to the showroom. They took every possible precaution with us they could to make sure we were safe and comfortable.

Ayman was great to work with when purchasing our new vehicle. During the process there was a mixup while working with someone else but Ayman brought his A game to make the situation right. Went to look at the brand new Atlas and the sales guy we talked with was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. We actually talked about older VW so I know he was a true VW guy. The Atlas didn't have the engine options we would like but the experience I got at the dealership was great. I'll go back if I'm in the market for a VW.

I purchased a car from them paid cash paid in full drove off one week later they send me a bill for $300 for something that I don't know when I refuse to pay it they try to destroy my credit over $300 that I DO NOT OWE.absolutely ridiculous unscrupulous and dishonest. These are the people that give car dealers and salesmen a bad name

Such a great experience! As many, I shopped around and found similar cars at different prices amongst many VW dealerships. However it was the high level, no pressure customer service I received from Mooreland, Brandon and Patrick that helped me get into the car I wanted. They were able to price match and get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

I needed service on my VW twice recently and both experiences were smooth and easy. Every single employee I encountered treated me with courtesy and respect. The service managers were easy to work with and I felt like I was completely informed of all that needed to happen with my vehicle. The cost was as expected, so there were no surprises. I scheduled one appointment via phone and one online, and both processes were easy. I would recommend HM VW.

We took our van there and they did not have proper equipment to test our "Check Engine' because of the model year. We ended up breaking down within a week of our service there. I believe the service could have been better as there was a known issue and even though they specialize in VW's they were not able to help.

This was my first time getting vehicle serviced with this team and they far exceeded my expectations. I got a new set of tires. When they returned my car there had been a multi point inspection done at no charge. The car was washed and vacuumed. My son first response was "Wow, the other place never did this to your car". Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. Jenna and Nick deserve kudos for their level of service.

Great place to come and buy a brand new car or used. The staff at Herzog-Meier Volkswagen is absolutely awesome. Great prices and lots of discounts on selected vehicle's. I got a fabulous discount on my Passat 2017. Come and Ask for Mike Grooter, he will indulge with knowledge about the vehicle you're interested to buy or lease.

The all around customer service is good. HOWEVER when we found a comparable car in Salem and informed the sales person, whom we had worked with times before, he said "they wont sale it to you for that" and that it was not a true sale. We went to Salem, purchased the car below sale price and got tinted windows in on the deal.

I wasn't expecting a knowledgeable VW salesperson at Herzog-Meier VW. Super surprised when I met Frank! His VW knowledge and kindness really caught me off guard. I will definitely be back.you should ask for Frank Utah. I WILL!
