Older gentleman waiter was not the best, would have left a tip but in the middle of taking my family's order he walks away and talks to someone else that walked in. He also gave out a lazy attitude which I didn't like, other than that the food was good!

Terrible customer service, servers very impatient and rude. The food is just mediocre, I won't be back.

If I was to give negative stars, I would. This place is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and not clean (beyond even what is and isn't covid-compliant).

The staff walked away from my parents who are in their 70s when they asked to order from their cart. I saw with my own eyes that the staff took dishes from a table that people held and touched to give to another table that new guests sat down at. Another table stated they didn't receive their plates and chopsticks until 30 minutes after they were seated.

Delicious food. Helpful staff. But ambiance is lacking. Tattered carpet and everything looks a little worn and dirty. I plan to go back and try other things on the menu. So many things looked delicious. It was a little on the expensive side, but portion sizes were generous.

The food was edible when it arrived at a whopping two dishes per hour (DPH). They did not provide us water, tea, or condiments even when asked and the staff was so busy they'd just mumble and walk away. Good luck trying to catch their attention if you don't speak Cantonese. Granted, they were understaffed, but this is a failure in management, lack of training, and not prioritizing customer service. I would not recommend.

Overall: very slow and disorganised service but very tasty food.
This was our first time here, Sunday around 5pm. The restaurant wasn't too busy we still had to wait 30 min for our Hot & Sour Soup.
The first meal (Mongolian Beef) arrived at the same time as the soup so it was cold by the time we got to it.
Everything was very tasty though and we appreciated the peanuts as appetizers.

The food was great. Seasoned well and wonderful presentation. I was very disappointed with the customer service however. I called to place my order, no problem. A total and approximate turn around time was not given. I asked "how long" and the person on the phone said "20 to 30 minutes". It was a large order so I understand.
I picked my order up 35 minutes later. Not only was the price around $10.00 higher than my calculation (which I assumed was auto-added gratuity), but my food was cold and my order was wrong (missing the House Chow Mein). When I brought it to their attention, I was offered a credit for next time or the option to go pick it up. I truly wish more businesses would offer to pay/compensate for their mistakes. This takes valuable time away from people who pay them to make life less of a hassle. This added almost an extra 30 minutes to meal time for my family. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Likewise, most restaurant employees are tipped based on the patrons assessment of their service quality. Taking tip automatically and giving bad service is horrible. I will never buy food from them again for this reason.

Have a hell of a time finding a place to park even for handicapped. Considering all the hype about the dim sum there's nothing on the website that says there's no dim sum at night

The best Dim Sum I've ever had. Huge dining area with tons of options, especially on the weekends. The baked pork buns taste like your long lost Chinese Grandmother made them special for you. The amount and quality of the food is top notch, and barely makes a dent in the wallet.

I wasn't very impressed with HK Cafe. The hostess was apathetic with a dash of surly, the dumplings were gelatinous and gooey, and the service was poor. The shu mai was good. Savory and flavorful.

This is a legit and authentic dim sum restaurant. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and were super happy with the quality. The staff flies around the dining area with a cart full of magical taste treats and you select what you like. Everything was so delicious. Also, the custard buns were the best I’ve ever had.

Standard dim sum staples. Unfortunately, they don't have the more exotic items available in cities with larger china towns.

First swing at Dim Sum. Very fun, management needs a attitude adjustment though. Yelled at my friend for saving a table for our 7 friends that was late. Then asked staff to stop serving us. Food made up for it.

The restaurant is much larger than it seems from the outside. Though the dim sum here is beautiful (it was very difficult to not pull my phone out and start snapping pictures) there is another local restaurant that just tastes better, so we probably won't come back. That being said, I have several friends and family that swear by HK, so you should definitely give this place a try!

The most authentic Cantonese dim sum in town. This place is loud and crowded just like how a Chinese restaurant should be. Be prepare to wait for 30 to 1 hour during busy lunch hours!

Went here for dim sum on recommendation from some friends. After seeing all of the great reviews, I was expecting a wonderful meal. What we got was pretty average. They messed up order, which I brought to their attention, they said they would bring us the correct dishes but never did. We ended up just eating what they initially brought us and were very underwhelmed.

Food was really good and super friendly service. However, if you are searching for Dim Sum the menu is severely limited!
