Awesome service! Adam and Kerry delivered a great hot tub deal for us on black Friday! They went out of their way to get us the hot tub of our dreams at a price we were able to afford. Then all the freebies.steps, cover, cover lift and chemicals. We will definitely be seeing these guys again.
Very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, however they had to order the parts from the spa manufacturer. This required a second visit to install the part. I waited the required time before filling my spa, unfortunately my spa was leaking within 1 hour (original problem). I immediately called to report the problem was not fixed. They were completely booked for the following week, but called in our technician on her day off. She came out and fixed the problem with no additional change. Thanks for taking care of us, great to have the spa up and running again.
