I needed to get brake lights installed and I didn't know how to do it. They were super helpful and at a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and funny. I would definitely go back there again.

Dropped by to have my van’s oil changed at recommended mileage. The Jiffy staff checked my records and turns out that I had 2000 miles left before it needed changing. Instead of turning me away, they checked fluid levels, tire air pressure, lights, and gave me an updated reminder sticker. Quick, honest & professional service as expected at Jiffy!

I went to the Jiffy Lube for the first time this weekend. Due to not traveling my tags were expired and I had a number of things to fix, like windshield wipers, oil change and an out headlight. The woman who helped me was kind and nice, and she let me know the prices ahead of time and had excellent customer service. I’m used to waiting for many hours for these services at my Toyota dealership. But instead, the services were finished within an hour and a half. I’ll definitely go to this Jiffy Lube again as a service was spectacular, and the bonus is I got my DEQ test there as well which saved me a ton of extra time and effort. Thank you local friendly Jiffy Lube.

I thought they were super helpful! I really appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond helping me obtain the proper air filter for my car by calling nearby auto shops when they realized they were out of stock in their shop. The guy who helped me even taught me how to change it myself awesome customer service thanks Jiffy Lube!

Did DEQtoo for the first time. It was much faster than going to DEQ and waiting in line. The process ends up costing $20 more than going to DEQ since Jiffy Lube charges for the service. Totally worth not driving the extra distance and waiting in a long line.

Very rude and not a professionals. The lady works there allow the other customer on the line and starts working, she doesn't even bothered about me waiting. I explained it to the other guy and he simply replied "I don't know". I don't recommend this place.

When I pulled up to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, the employees quickly welcomed me and instructed me to pull into the shop. The employees provided excellent customer service, were very friendly and talked me through many of the things they were doing as I sat in my car. The service was very quick and easy.

Staff is rude and extremely slow. They do not have enough mechanics, so they'll just ignore you for hours without giving an update or time estimate.

I needed an oil change, it was way over due, due to the pandemic. I waited in the waiting room over 35 min, a 50% coupon ready in my phone. A mechanic came over to show my filters and I explained I couldn't change them at that point since I was financially hurting due to the pandemic. I also mentioned at that point that I wanted to opt for the conventional oil instead of the premium one I usually choose since money was tight. I was told they had already changed my oil with the premium oil, but I would pay only for conventional. I though they were being kind. I paid the $50 since I was already running late and didn't have time to quibble, but when I got home I looked at the bill. If I had opted for the premium oil, with the 50% coupon, I would have paid less than $40. If they actually done the conventional oil I had planned, I would have paid around $25. So no, they weren't being kind. They just didn't bother asking me what I wanted put in my car, nor did they ask if I had a coupon, knowing fully well they had a 50% offer (I listened to the mechanic explain the offer in detail to the previous customers). I guess this location thinks every woman is pushover, which is why we all hate taking our cars to be serviced. And because of this I will take my car elsewhere from now on.

The oil change was very quick and efficient and the employees were friendly and professional. They cleaned my windows and mirrors and let me know that I needed a new radiator cap. I'll definitely come back here for my next oil change or other service.

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Cedar Mill on Cornell in Portland / Beaverton. The minute I drove up these young guys came up and were so incredibly nice, professional and smart as hell. They taught me things about my jeep Grand Cherokee that I never knew. I am very concerned about keeping my Jeep as an asset and make sure everything is pristine. These were the coolest young men that assured me everything they were doing with about being arrogant in anyway. I applaud the whole crew there. These young men are what I consider prototypical of the American character.

Brought my Nissan in for oil change. They weren’t able to gauge any oil on dip stick after filling recommended amount, so they emptied and attempted again. Told me my dip stick might be faulty. Then told me manufacturer recommendation was wrong (after they manually filled double the reccs and charged for it). I went home and oil light came on; took it to Nissan who found that they had missed the hole the first time and I had oil spilled everywhere under my car. Took this back to them and initially the manager stated they would take care of both bills. Still waiting.

The worst jiffy lube place to take your car, they take forever and they always have new hires that have no clue what they are doing. For a oil change it took 2 hours and I was the only car in the bay. They kept asking someone else where to put my oil and where was my oil filter. Seriously I won't be back you guys need to retrain your hole store how to work on a car. Or change oil since that is what you guys do correct?

I typically do oil changes myself but was short on time. Took it here. Staff were friendly. Took probably 45 minutes which seems reasonable (had to wait for oil change in front of me). So overall my initial experience was OK. I had and oil leak though a couple days later. Looked under the car and it was coming from the drain bolt. Went to feel the oil and I found the bolt loose. If they didn't get that right, I have no idea what else the messed up. Will definitely not be going back.

I needed a place to fix my brake light and oil change at the same time, they told me no problem, then as I was paying and about to leave, they mentioned they didn't fix the brake light. So now I have to take the time to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Very deceitful, will never return.

Blew a tire tonight and pulled over to a gas station near by. Dalton the manager was there and immediately came over to offer his assistance. He got in his car, had me follow him and let me into the shop and put my spare tire on for me. Fantastic service and insanely helpful! Definitely recommend going and seeing Dalton. Much appreciated help from him!

The manager Dave is truly the best. He is very genuine and helpful. Never recommends things I don't need. His staff is equally as friendly! Don't waste your time going to another location. Dave is the guy!

No a great experience. They got paid by my insurance company to fix three chips in my windshield. When I went back in to complain that one of the chips were not fixed, they told me they had no record of me having been there. Had to bring back the receipt, and was told the chip was fixed even though you could still feel it when running your fingers over it. Will find someplace else to take my car in the future.
