Jiffy Lube, Portland OR

We were in and out in 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous staff. We had a coupon for $20 off the service, so it was even more of a deal. This was earlier in the morning, so it was probably more empty than usual, but I am still impressed!

They offered to replace the serpentine belt. They ended up breaking the spring on chevy tracker, which requires a more expensive repair job. They said the squeaking of the belt slipping is normal and will go away. After 1 year and taking it for a second opinion. They didn't install it properly. Do not buy the extra and watch them work.

We had a problem with our car in the middle of a road trip and stopped here. The people that work here were so kind and took great care of us. They explained everything and even opened car doors for us! Would come here again if I had another problem.

Okay service but rude staff. When they found a problem with my car they gawked at it, said it was "the worst I've ever seen" in front of other customers, and laughed at me for not fixing it sooner. They also scared me into buying an exorbitantly-priced fix. Would absolutely not recommend since I'm sure plenty of other places care about not humiliating their customers.

Drove in for an oil change. As jiffy lube is known to do, they fast talked my girlfriend into getting an Engine Flush which was twice as expensive as the oil change and is NOT recommended by Hyundai or by most modern car manufacturers.

So I know they ripped us off, I just hope they did not damage our car. Go elsewhere, this is not worth the cheap and fast oil change.

Staff was very nice. I had many questions and even though some of them were very dumb, I never felt dumb for asking them.
They even let me come out to the floor to watch the work on my jeep. Vertu honesty and very transparent. Thanks

Just went to jiffy lube on cornell and murray, because i have a new car and was going to get it's first oil change their signature service oil change magically jumped from 24 to 45. I was born at night but not last night. I will never return there, nor will i ever recommend anyone to them. It's a sad day when the dealership costs less for service.

Did a great job on my rock chip repair. Got a decent chip from a rock on the way home from skiing and wanted to get it fixed asap because I didn't want to do it during the week and didn't want it to spread. It's Saturday and everywhere on this side of town was already closed except Jiffy Lube. Was a tad skeptical since I've only had chips repaired by glass shops before, but figured it was worth a shot. Glad I did, Raul did a great job on it, and insurance is paying for it.

Just showed up at this place at 6: 45pm and they are open until 7pm. They had all the bays full, but I was the next in line. They clearly did not want to service my car. The representative came out and asked me whether I wanted a oil change or wanted to come back at 7am, not even sure what he meant. Lost a consistent customer.

My wife took our Subaru for a synthetic oil change. When I got back home I noticed a big oil puddle on our driveway. Jiffy Lube had not tightened the oil filter properly. If you can't get THAT right, what can you be trusted with? Not impressed by the damage to my driveway and the pollution unwittingly created.

These guys were awesome and very friendly even though their computer system was down they got the work done quickly.

Acceptable quality work. Though they were very wrong about when they could start, which made the whole thing take almost 45 minutes longer than they promised.

Cedar Mill Jiffy Lube is always busy but offers Individual Service to every customer, the staff are very friendly & will address a customer's concerns!

The guys are always so helpful helping me when I need things done. I appreciate their kindness and help.

I feel like they price gouge when you don't have a coupon. I went in there for a synthetic oil change for my Prius. I feel like they are always asking if you want more services done, and I feel violated when they pull my air filter without my permission. Synthetic oil change, and a lot of no's for other services, cost $58. I would give less stars if they didn't have coupons that will bring price down.
