I was sort of worried about having to deal with pushy sales people but I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had purchasing my new car. I had done my research ahead of time and had a good idea of what I wanted. The sales associate Katelyn that helped me, answered all of my questions in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. She was awesome! I drove away the same day in my brand new dream car, a super cute Honda CRV. If you are looking for fair prices and a great shopping experience, I highly recommend starting at Kendall Toyota in Eugene.

Sales manager Josh was fantasic and helpful. We found a good compromise and I feel Kendall Toyota was able to address my concerns and make sure I was taken care of. The Internal Coordinator, Rachel S.was most curteous and helpful through the process (as I had several accessories installed). I appreciate the willingness to find solutions and at the end of the day I feel complete. Buying a vehicle is a process, thank you for helping me get the vehicle I always wanted.
Why even make appointments and tell customers it will take about an hour if we are going to show up on time only to be told there are 6-7 people in front of you and it’s going to be 2-3 hours. Just be upfront so we can make plans accordingly!
Above post was 6 months ago. I now have a recall and can’t get anyone on the phone to help schedule my appt.called mid week and no one was available. Tried on Saturday and still no one available. Was told that I would get a call back.but hasn’t happened. I called again but still no one available.
Btw- called the number below but it’s disconnected.
I arrived in the cab of a transporter after hitting something and demolished the front and back nearly new tires on a car that belonged to my friend with whom I was visiting.
I was more than emotional and filled with guilt.
Chas, the service manager was very professional and compassionate.
My car was given priority and the price was fair!

Called to see if they had a part, said they would set them aside. I arrived and no part. Juan Pablo apologized, the inventory was wrong. He ordered the parts, in at 7 Am the next morning. Went by to pick them up AND THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE ME! That's service. Thanks, Juan & AJ.

They used a bait and switch to get my boyfriend to drive up to Oregon from California to buy a truck. The truck photographed was not the truck on the lot. Then they had to swap out to a different truck. Now they are violating their signed contract almost a month later and harassing him for more money.
I had such a good experience at this Toyota thanks to our friendly and knowledgeable sales associate, Jason Wallace. He was very welcoming and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns with lots of patience.
My husband and I had a great experience buying our brand new Tacoma from Kendall Toyota in Eugene. Our Sales Rep, Jason, was knowledgeable about the different models we were looking at and really helped us find the right vehicle for our needs. He was also fun, easy to talk to, and made the purchasing process a breeze. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a new Toyota!
I found the salesperson who worked with me on the purchase of my Prius to be extremely helpful and really willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the car, even after all the papers were signed and money changed hands. Completely incompetent service staff!
They have over tightened my oil filter for the last time! They re-use drain plug gaskets and im starting to think they didn't even replace the oil filter.
Wouldn't recommend their service department. Had a standard oil change and some service done and afterward found a tire stem valve cap missing from a tire; a cover not replaced in the engine. Emailed them twice about it and no response back from them ever.

I purchased my vehicle from Kendall Toyota in 2014, since then I have done the majority of my maintenance here as well. I recently had a troublesome Friday not related to the vehicle but rather an outside repair shop. Long story short Chase Petersen got my car into their shop quickly and repaired the same day. He took over the task of calling a tow truck, and even helped me get reimbursed from the previous shop that had loused up my day. Thank you Chase! Keep up the hard work!
I found the car I wanted online and filled out the application. Then I went in for a test drive the next day and made a reasonable offer. I came back with my husband and signed paperwork that evening (it only took about 45 minutes). Honestly this was the best and easiest car buying I've ever experienced. I feel like I got a fair price and the finance people worked hard to get me a food rate.
Bought my wife a new adventure rav4 in white! Sheloves it we bought it threw lisa it is such an amazing car, and our experience at kendall toyota was exemplary.really nice people who are not pushy and very well informed.and were willing to stay very late for us because of our crazy work schedules. Love our toyota and this is not our first toyota gnor will it be our last.but this is the best toyota dealer in oregon for sure. THANK YOU

I normally do like this Toyota dealer but they are changing their style and image again. They seem to be going from the dealer wanting to be your local family Toyota "get it done" kind of place to the traditional dealer model that gave dealers a bad name. In this phase now, judging the new car customer by their look and what ride they pull up in, to trying to upsell your wife at the service department by talking down to her and distorting the computer printout, seem to be the "new" old way of doing things. The salesman was from Lithia and he was not good, arrogant, but at least transparent in trying to milk you for what your worth. May as well go to Lithia, or PDX, or Salem. And I hate Lithia.
