Trevor Smith helped me choose my vehicle. He was easy to talk to, answering all my questions in a way I could easily understand, and generally helped me feel informed about my decision. I ended up with a RAV4 Hybrid and love it!

I was impressed on the fluidity of the process, great transitions from each phase. There were some wait times that were a bit long, but overall it was an impressive, professional process.

Be careful what you buy from here we bought a car 6 months ago and the engine already blew on it, and they say it isn't under warranty anymore. We also took it in for an oil change at the end of march and they said that they would check all the fluids and told us that they would add some antifreeze they did not. Bad experience and waste of money.

Juan Pablo in the parts department is awesome! Traveling through Eugene and needed new wipers. Unfortunately the dealership was out of the blade we needed but Juan went out and took our blades off, cleaned them and sent us on our way with blades in much better condition. Thank you Juan Pablo.

Great service - at first, then they wasted my time and tried to screw me royally. I think they tried to sabotage the sale as they wanted to go home in about 45 minutes and I would have kept them a little past closing time. They should have just asked me to come back the next day instead of losing a sale - and then some.
