My salesperson Steve Cho was professional and they were very respectful. They gave me very good trade in value and was not pressured one buy one bit.

Not one person greeted usor came out to the lot to see us. We came in and sat at a table until Matthew finished with his customer. He took very good care of us from that point forward.

Hi, I'm Rob. Joseph provided excellent service and the experience was excellent. I enjoyed every minute of it. The Tutorial girl wasn't as helpful but the overall shopping experience was great. The Finance guy was awesome too.

Up until the day of delivery, the entire experience was handled through e-mail. Communication was great, very responsive. I was looking at cars at other BMW dealerships but Kuni was always on top of the process. I bought my first BMW three years ago at Kuni, and will never buy another car at a different dealership.

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I surely would. I just recently leased a 2019 BMW, my roommate has a 2009 BMW 3 series in amazing condition. He took the vehicle in for a blown gasket which quoted as a $2000 job, one which I was skeptical about. I advised him to get it done at a dealership as you can be sure it will be done correctly and he did. The dealership returned the vehicle to him with a broken cup holder and scratches along the vehicle. After taking the car back to the dealership, the manager proceeded to tell him that the reason his cup holder is broken is because it is an older model and claimed no responsibility over the damages the dealership caused. As a BMW loyalist, this is not a way to treat ANY BMW owner. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer at all costs. My roommate and I will be going out of our way to a different BMW dealership for our needs.

Zero Integrity! Purchased BMW with Aluminium Alloy Wheel Rims. It was ported to me late, with painted powder coated Black Rims! WITHOUT PERMISSION! The clear coat was diminished. They promised it would be fixed/finished (an oversight of a job, they had stated). Kuni said they would make it right before sending. It was never fixed! As others problems with titling!

I needed a new transponder key and the other BMW dealership in the area was not only insanely rude but wanted to charge me $175 where Kuni BMW only charged me $68 and they were more than happy to help. I definitely will return for any other "Dealer" only parts for my E36

Stopped in with my husband to look at an X2. I don’t need it to be fully loaded, so I asked to see some of the more basic units (price range maxed at about $38k). The salesman said I won’t find anything for that price - however, there was one on their website for $36.5k which had the features I found most important. After going through the inventory at a desk, I also expressed interest in the X1 after the salesman said they were a little roomier and still in my price range.

We were shown one X1 and no offer to even test drive it or ask what I liked about it. He didn’t even bother to show us an X2 even though we found one in our price range. Any questions I had were answered in short sentences like I should already know.

We were ready to buy a vehicle cash today.

I’m sorry I wasn’t interested in the $52k X2 in the showroom. Did I not seem like a serious buyer because of that?

I had a lot of faith in Kuni BMW as their service department has always been wonderful with my 328d. I will end up buying my new BMW at a dealership that makes me feel welcome and not like feel an idiot wasting someone’s time because I had a budget.

I love this dealership. The past few times I've had my car in for service I've worked with David Fernando, but I've worked with other service advisers in the past also. Every single time I've taken my car there I get absolutely fantastic customer service. The team at Kuni is really wonderful to work with.

Huge thanks to David and the rest of the folks at Kuni, keep being awesome.

I had some problems with the car i bought there but it was covered by warrenty and everything went easily and smoothly and i recommend buying a car here

David, from the service department, was wonderful. He was prompt with his communication and was attentive, thorough and very professional. I have worked with David before and he continues to be an excellent service representative. Kudos to Kuni for maintaining and supporting excellent staff.

Went in for an inspection to see if I needed anything done a couple months ago.they said everything was fine but recommended new tires. Go back to get the tires and when it’s time to get my car they say I need a wheel bearing and the following day learn through a phone call that my steering fluid is leaking all over the hoses which must have been going on for some time (one of the reasons I brought it in the previous time) to get it checked out now I have new tires and several other unsolved issues

Again, an amazing car buying experience! We have bought several cars from Kuni and always the people are professional, nice, and they are very fair as a dealer.

There selection is great as is the service if and when needed.

Consider them for any auto purchase.

David Stout the service advisor and Rose that helped set up the appointment were very helpful and understanding of the urgency to get the recalls done for my customer's Bmw X5. The technician did provide a detailed inspection report that is very helpful to know the status of the car and also top off the fluids at no charge. Definitely going back to Kuni BMW for any future services.

Took in my F30 for repair, the customer service was excellent the whole way through. The waiting room is super nice, the loaner cars are top notch, and the communication was great. The repairs even ended up being covered by a recall.
