I was grateful to have some factoy recalls done (for free) and looking forward to visiting Kuni BMW for the first time as I had recently moved to the area. The repairs were done on time in one day but I was disappointed with the condition left by the technician.

Black grease smeared all over the cloth headliner where it was removed to access the airbag, and put back on incorrectly so that the cloth was wrinkled and looks as if it’s coming away from where it meets the windshield.
Volume controls on steering wheel disconnected from mechanism underneath so that they’re just flapping around.
My x5 is certainly not in the best condition; I have two small children and very little time so It’s far from perfect but I really don’t appreciate being given more repairs to put on the list. Will go elsewhere next time.

Joe was an honest and likeable guy. He totally could have sold me a more expensive car but sold me one that was right for me instead.

Grant and the whole team at Kuni did a great job working with me and a pain-in-the-butt third party warranty company. They never let it get in the way and did an amazing job as always. A+

Today David Stout was my advisor and he went above and beyond with his service. Everyone there is usually friendly etc, but David provided me with service that usually comes when you first purchase a car. He truly made my day by just being kind and of course professional. An honest and sincere THANK YOU!

Kuni BMW and Priscilla (to be exact) turned what could have been a bad day into a good one. I suffered a tire puncture right as I pulled into work for a meeting. Called Kuni since I was right around the corner and they said to bring the vehicle in if it was driveable since a tire specialist was there. Showed up hours later and they got me in promptly, examined my tire, recommended a replacement, and took care of it all without me having to do anything other than sign a piece of paper.

Okay, it actually involved Priscilla taking the time to sort out my X3 warranty and a lot of moving parts behind the scenes but eventually, all I ended up doing was signing a piece of paper certifying that the work was done. I’ve continued to drive happily ever since.

It seems like every time we drop our car off there is a surprise fix it that usually adds $1000-$2000 to our bill.

Great dealership! These guys offer the best spec on BMW so I drove from CA to pick my new 2018 M550i. I highly recommend them if you are on the market for a BMW.

They cover all the recalls. It took 4 working days to fix and they provided us with a free loaner. Top notch service. Didn’t cost us a dime.

This one is a mixed bag for me. I like them but I don't think I have enough money to really earn their respect. The rob I have with this place is its clientele, nothing but arrogant Tech money. The service department is aces though. Their manager really really knows what hes doing

Absolutely the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had! Brady helped us with narrowing our search online and Joseph was outstanding when we arrived to the dealership and selected our new car and Benjamin made the finance paperwork signing fun, informative and painless!

I had Grant helping me out in the service department. He was a nice guy but I’m very pissed off with Kuni. I dropped my car off at 8: 30am for an appointment for a vehicle check. I get a call a little bit later saying it then needed the battery replaced and then I was told my vehicle would be done between 1-1: 30. As I’m getting off the freeway exit for Kuni BMW I get a call at 1: 33 saying it wouldn’t be done until 2-2: 30 now. So I waited at the dealership and I had to be somewhere at 3. I didn’t get my car until 2: 55! This is horrible and it made me late to where I had to go. Later after I got home I found a big deep gash on the hood of my car and I know it wasn’t there because I am a detailed and keep my car clean every week. Don’t go to Kuni! Find a different shop or go to BMW of Portland

Joe was incredibly helpful and the selection of pre owned cars on the lot was fantastic. Joe was very helpful with setting up finance options too, and that was really useful to a first time buyer like myself. I would definitely recommend Kuni BMW to anyone looking for well maintained, certified used cars

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. Awful service. They never provided us with the certificate of title which caused us a lot of problems. We had to constantly call and chase this document. We are still waiting for this document more than 2 months after we requested it. If I could I would give them no stars at all. It almost feels like a scam company which they are of course not considering their size. I highly recommend going to a competitor.

Crystal is the WORST front desk rep i’ve talked to in all my years with BMW. Threaten to hang up on the customers who PAY HER RENT AND KEEP BMW IN BUSINESS. Unacceptable service and disrespect.

I was able to make and manage the service appointment on line. I was able to select a convenient time. The work was completed faster than I expected. The work seems to have been done well. The car was cleaned and washed as usual.

We had Jay Meeuwsen as our Salesperson. Jay was awesome. What I liked the most was his honesty. Yeah go figure, A car salesman that is honest. He was very upfront abd willing to help you with getting the deal you wanted. I suggest asking for him when you come in. We were very happy when we left.

By convertible was towed in to Kuni BMW after using a local oil change company for service work, Thanks to Kuni and David in service the department my car was back to perfect running condition and the other company has offered to pay my repairs.

Great service advisor, (danial). Great waiting area, (10 minutes message available). Reasonable wait time for our oil change, pretty much done, when they said it would be done. Got car wash and vacuum with it.
