I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses/vision needs. Daisy at the front desk is phenomenal. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable!

More than 5 weeks to get one pair of glasses

So they told me your glasses are covered if gets damaged or scratched. Mine got scratched and they refused to replace it. Woow. Scammers

I had a very good experience at the LO vision
Clinic. My exam was excellent & very professional. The staff were all very nice & helpful. I am happy my daughter in law & son referred me to them.

Always a relaxing experience at LOVC. They listen to my unique needs between contacts and glasses and make sure I am walking out with the best value as possible considering whay my insurance provides. The glasses selection they have onsite is also excellent. Something for everyone. My whole family attends LOVC and I as my younger children grow they will also be patients at LOVC.
2020 during COVID-19, still the same review.they are managing things very well there. Great visit!

L. O. Vision Clinic had strong recommendations from several friends, so with my current glasses showing their age, I made an appointment. Clean clinic, appropriate COVID measures in place, modern diagnostic equipment (no more air puff in the eye), a nice selection of frames, and a helpful staff, so I was quite satisfied with my experience. And Dr Kawasaki was great. I’ll be picking up two pairs in a week or so.

My first visit was today. Very well organized and clean office. Staff and doctor are wonderful and professional. This will be my permanent Vision Clinic from now on.

Highly recommended if you’re thinking about taking a vision exam or looking for a new pair of glasses. The optometrist is professional and the staff are very friendly and patient.

I hadn't had an eye exam in many years and I work in the area so I made an appointment for after work. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Palmer was extremely personable. He explained every step of the exam in simple terms that any layman could understand. A little out of the way for Portland residents but well worth the drive. Excellent clinic with flexible hours to fit any schedule.

Dr. Palmer is the best! He is a concerned, caring professional whose experience and expertise is top-notch. Highly recommended!

In today’s day and age it’s rare that you receive the service with the respect, smiles and the professionalism that Lake Oswego Vision does. I love my time finding out the health of my eyes! My new glasses are Unique and make me feel Special!

I have been a patient at Lake Oswego vision clinic for 10 years and the service has always been fantastic. Great doctors and a great selection of eyeglass frames

The group was super easy to work with, and everyone was very friendly. Everything being done to my eyes was explained in detail and I was given options about how to proceed in several cases. Even with the additional fees for some services- everyone checked before performing the exams that the cost would not be a problem.

The staff here are all friendly and attentive. I was seen in a very timely manner for my scheduled appointment. They have a large selection of designer glasses as well. They do offer Saturday appointments once a month which is very convenient.

Great service and friendly staff - the only downside is that you'll find better prices for glasses frames elsewhere.

A family member had a contact lens issue, and the staff found a way to squeeze us in (and very near closing time, to boot). Everyone was extremely courteous, from the front desk staff to the doctor on duty. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this office (including my whole family) for years and my experiences have always been amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've seen Dr. Wolf many times and he's great! Today I saw Dr. Palmer for the first time and he was awesome. Their patient care is exceptional. This office takes care of me every time. I have to give a special shout out to Daisy. She's quite funny, goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service and always puts a smile on my face. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
