You don't expect Les Schwab to drop the ball. Just have to share the experience. After setting up an appointment to avoid delay, I needed to rouse the staff to begin working on my vehicle. I get being backed up or delayed, but no communication and I arrived well early for the appointment. May have to find another company to trust. Disappointed.

I took flat tire in for repair. Something went wrong and had to go back. Travis was so kind they took care of the problem at no charge. Again thank you very much. You are very professional

Making an appointment online to have a screw taken out of my tire was very easy. They were quick and friendly and didn't charge me anything. Definitely recommend Les Schwab!

No popcorn, or coffee. Was a sign advertising making an appointment is possible. I didn't have to make one.
Didn't have my battery in stock and fetched me one from a store nearby.

Free tire rotation if your a Les Schwab member? Sign me up! No but seriously this is a life saver before long road trips, thanks Les Schwab!

Wow! What a difference a girl makes. I have been using another branch of Les Schwab for years. I am so glad I discovered this store. The ladies were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in at my scheduled appointment time and out in less than an hour. That's unheard of where I used to go. I can't say enough good things about this team.

The guys hustled and got my car done quickly. I really appreciate the quality of service and attitude this Les Schwab provides.

Spend an extra 275 on my tires total 875 thinking because of the warranty and free rotations but i miss and went over 5000 mile rotation so the warranty was no good me working swingshift not waking up till 2pm an hour before work and everytime i showed up they had a two hour wait on 3 diferent locations everytime was in there fml anyways i am screwed no money for new tires and they didnt want to help with the last rotation so no never again for less swab best to go cheap at this point

Worst customer service ever. They don't care about you or your car. They will put the wrong parts on and blame you when the parts fail. Snapped lug nuts driven into rotor. Please watch what work is done on your car.

I went in yesterday and they expressed to me my vehicle needed a spring leaf on my Chevy. Unfortunately, they had to keep my truck over night until they got the part but they communicated immediately when they received the part. And, when it was completed. More importantly, they also had my safety first and I felt it. Great work they did and that's why I stay with them.

Totally awesome place with totally awesome staff. Been going here for 18 years with all my cars, boat trailer, motorhome and RV trailer. They do great work and always honest.

Although they didn't come out to the car, like I am used to, they did fix my flat tire and showed me options for a full-size spare (super low-cost btw). The wait was much longer than normal, as well. An hour and a half for fixing a flat is a bit much. Would get 5 stars for the full service I am used to and a shorter wait.

I just wanted to thank you for the good treatment I received when I got there, especially to Rico Dominguez who helped me grab my tires for my car if you are looking to change tires to your car go there and ask for him I am sure that they will help in the best way how he helped

I enjoy Les Schwab. Hands down reliable and professional. They can be kind of spendy but you get good quality service. Thank you for my new tires guys keep up the good work

All my truck needed was brake fluid, but yet they wanted to charge me 105 dollars for a diagnoses. All they had to do was look under my hood and see I clearly had no brake fluid. What happened to gratitude and decency. Definitely recommend going online or calling a friend who knows about vehicles. A very easy fix that was 4.00 dollars could have cost me 105 dollars. Seriously? Definitely not happy.

My family has used Les schwab for over 32 years. They have become much more expensive than almost every other shop. The biggest PRO is their warranty and insurance in case anything goes wring with their work. CON 200% increase in cost of parts and labor.
