Les Schwab Tire Center reviews
26Very helpful, excellent customer service and fast! Had them put on my brakes and get me snow chains, very happy with the service.
Great service. They were quick especially considering how busy they were. Dave was great and gave me options.
Associates were courteous, quick to respond to my request and answered my questions so I would understand what was done to fix problem.
Chad at this shop spent considerable time with me on the phone talking about snow tire options for my Prius. Kind and well informed. I like this shop!
I hit a big rock & ruined my tire and wheel. They paid me for the life of the tire that I still had left and applied it to the price of a new one. Other places don't do that. Heppners' store was very quick to identify the problem and line me up with a new wheel so it would be ready for me when I came down to Portland.
Their lifetime struts / shocks make my car handle 10 - 15 times better. The tires last longer and it adds a safety factor that you should never be without.
They're very observant of anyone standing at the front counter. 3 people asked me if I had been helped in the 2 minutes I was waiting to hear back from the lady that got to me first. All I needed was a repair due to a nail I drove on. It took about an hour, no charge, everyone was nice.and they actually seemed genuine, not just fake nice.
