23I have had probably one of the worst days I've had in years.to top it off, my tire popped and I went off the road.took my car to Les Schwab and explained everything. They took such good care of me, including putting a tire on and after hearing my story, didnt charge me for it. I'm in the car sobbing. I am so humbled by their kindness. There really are good people in this world. Thank you for reminding me Rob. You are a good soul and I am eternally grateful for you.
In a time where customer service is almost non existent, Schwab's continues to pride themselves in making sure the customer is taken care of. Matt and the other tire specialists at the 82nd location are honest, trustworthy and always go above and beyond. I will continue to give them my business for many years to come.
My tire was punctured by a pair of scissors. I saved up some money to pay to have it fixed or to more likely replace it. Went in to have the work done. It took some time, because the hole was so big, but They fixed it for free and even swapped it or for the spare i had put on. Always good Service.
