Most trusted Schwab location on West side. Tires to breaks and wheels. Hone here for over 25 yrs just because of their customer service and helpful folks.

Always friendly, professional and prices are fair. I tend to end up here for tires about half the time I need them and never have any regrets.

Had a screw in my tire. Went in about 50 mins before they closed. They had it patched up and fixed before they closed. Had no idea they patched any tire for free. Great service and excellent people

I booked an appointment online and the guy working there said I only checked one box but I checked 4! How does a computer system glitch like that? Only took 30 minutes and when I walked back I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to notice me and give me my keys. My alignment is still slightly off and I don’t know why but they said everything looks good. Oh well I guess my car is just drifting to the right for no reason, right? I just feel like I wasn’t given the service I deserved and I was not rude or mean to anyone so it feels like maybe there’s some prejudice involved.

I watched some form of Manager or Supervisor named Derek treat an elderly woman with so much disrespect it disgusted me. I saw her waiting at least 45 minutes and when she simply asked how much longer her car might take, David unloaded on her rudely about how she was not the only customer and they've been busy all day. I get it, you're busy, but there's no need for that attitude and language. Very disappointed.

Customer service has diminished and prices have increased. They don't even run outside to greet you anymore.

I always enjoy doing business. Quick, efficient, and today fast WiFi and good coffee while waiting in comfortable chairs with tables. I've never been oversold nor undersold.

I have been a customer of Les Schwab for 36 years! I will not go anywhere else! I'm a big fan of buying local and staying local and their service means that they like to be treated as the number one tire store in the northwest

I would take my car there every single time. Professional as hell. I love this place, and tell everyone to go there.

This location has a huge lobby with 3 different areas, comfortable chairs, places to charge your phone, and a place away from TVs. Their service is great, their bathrooms are clean, and if you don't like chillin' in the lobby & you know where you're going, it's a short walk to Kennedy Park. Doesn't even give me the tire store headache. A+

Very long wait just to get a patch.over an hour. Pitiful service from a brand that is usually very service oriented.

These guys are so awesome. I bring my car here for almost everything. They always take care of me and my car. They are super honest and never steer me wrong.

I have had some good times with Les Schwab and one or two bad times.
But on the whole I have to say that they are excellent.

I went with my brother Mark to have his tires changed out from Winter to Spring tires they said it would take an hour and it was about an hour to have it done they always do good service.

Seriously, I didnt have a nail in my tire- now way! I had a HUGE bolt! Went to Les Schwab on Canyon and was greeted by Derrell, with professionalism and delight~ We was genuinely concerned about my vehicle and very polite. I gave him my information, turned in my keys and away my car went to be fixed. Less than 30 minutes later, my tire is perfect and he says this was complimentary. Thank you for offering this service and amazing people who make having a bolt in your tire, actually a good experience. Thanks for being here!

Just be aware for non appointment work, when the lady says "an hour and a half, maybe two, probably sooner. " she really means closer to 4 hours wait. Always great work, but make sure you've got the WHOLE DAY to sit around!

I love this Les Schwab. They are always fast, friendly and know exactly what to do to get me back on the road. I would recommend it to anyone
