Great prices, fast, and reliable. I’ve had brakes done here, got new tires, chains, etc. They’re my go to every time

So I was driving along and a strange thing happened to me. My brakes sounded like a dying cat. I didn't want to drive on them anymore and I saw that I was close to this Les Schwab. I stopped they got my car into the shop looked at my brakes. They were checked and were safe to drive on. I was on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. Thank you so much for helping me get home safe to my family.

Prices are ok but they always seem to want you to buy more or have more work done when its not needed. But they do stand behind their word work and quality of product.

Easy access to a great tire store. Friendly, helpful and non-preasuring employees greet you. Services are suggested but no pressure to have them done.

Les Schwab has the best customer service anywhere! They're quick and thorough! Prices are a bit more than the competition but well worth it!

The service I received on my flat tire was great, the tech worked quickly and he was very professional. However the gal at the front desk was rude, obviously unhappy and was not shy about showing it, therefore I am only able to give this a 2 star review.
I understand that working in customer service can be stressful; it takes a certain type of person to pull it off. The gal I encountered at this location is definitely not fit to be in customer service.

Fast, friendly and professional I've always had good experiences here I used to have sprinters aligned here and I never had any comebacks

Waited 2.5 hours to be told my car was not in the Q and would have to wait an additional 1+.
Time for some new managers at this location. Les and the original team of leaders would never have let this happen or respond in a fashion that was not fixable and timely.

Sorry - we are busy response just cost you a lifetime customer. And will spread the feedback to the rest of my family. Will never go back to this location again. May not go to Les Schwab period.

What a waist of time!

Been having a constant problem with a noise coming from my rear brakes, when I applied them. It was an on going problem and finally Dennis in the Brake shop tried replacing a bearing on the side of the noise. It worked. And I haven't heard the noise since. I am grateful to Dennis and Les Schwab shop crew at the Canyon road shop.
