28I was not impressed. It was my first time in a Macy's. There was no one to help in the fitting rooms, there were loads of clothes in the empty fitting rooms that hadn't been put away, it was difficult to find someone to let me pay for my items, and the woman who finally showed up so I could pay was kind of rude. Everyone has bad days though, so this is understandable. Not much selection for semi-formal events.
Great experience, I wasnt sure where item I was there for was. A Lady working there noticed me looking around asked me what I was looking for took me to it. She gave me options and rang it up for me was a great help and saved time was just there for the one item.
Typical Macy's. Everything is nice and clean. Staff at the MAC counter could be more attentive. Overall your typical department store experience.
Great sales. Try to find an associate to ring your purchases. Good luck. Don't be on your lunch break.
Had a minor issue with delivery of my furniture, totally my fault because I did not adequately measure the stairwell of my apartment. The sales team here went out of their way today to help get me onto another piece of furniture that would fit, and also helped me get the delivery date scheduled! Thank you so very much for your assistance Sarah and Muhammed for your time, and for your attention in my time of need.
If you happen to be in the store and require assistance while in the furniture department, ask for Sarah and she will provide a great customer experience. I can say without hesitation that they have earned my business, and I will return as my shopping needs require.
Excellent service from the cashiers, there is not much variety of shoes in this location but if they don't have your size or the brand you are looking for, you simply order them with the cashier and they will send them directly to you home.
They close 5 minutes earlier (if not earlier than that) than their advertised closing time. Got there at 6: 55 PM on a Sunday to grab something specific that I already know where it is located, I was surprised the doors were already locked. Waited the workers to head out, and they said they have too many doors and it takes time to lock them.
Macy’s you should update your closing time to the exact time you close your doors!
Great quality and a lot of choices. I was able to get 2 outfits and shoes while they had a 50% sale for $100
First visit since the pandemic reopen. Everyone was pleasant, and staff were actively cleaning surfaces.
Very hard to find with awkward parking options but I like this Macy’s. The staff is helpful & the store is always clean.
Very nice Macy's. Larger than I thought it was. Outside made it seem small bit it actually is very spacious and has a lot of product. Staff are very friendly and inviting. Will visit again.

They also match their online sales prices so verify items online and get a good deal.

WORST MACY’S EVER! They refuse to return items and their treatment is so horrible. I’m going to close my Macy’s card and never shop at Macy’s ever again.
Really enjoyed the macy's backstage with heaps of bargains, they double charged my credit card, they advised was a "held" transaction when I went back to question it and would go back to my card once the actual charge cleared, was not happy about this and the charge stayed pending two weeks after my original transaction had cleared costing me interest on my credit card for no reason, would go again but only pay with cash.
Employees were not overbearing with trying to sale merchandise and dressing rooms were kept up and roomy.
The store is not as big as the Washington Square store, but the staff makeup for it by being super friendly and outgoing.
I had my kids and needed to do an exchange lady working was rude impatient and annoyed that I brought my return in on hangers with a garment bag instead of q regular bag. Increasingly annoyed with Macy's bring back Meier & Frank.
Walked around could not find anyone that could answer questions. Stood in line for a while and the checkout person took their sweet time. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Housewares is so scattered! No prices on half the things I wanted to buy. Luggage prices were for future sale and you reserved items for it. Huh? I mean, do you want to sell it or not? You want me spend more gas and time to come back again in four days? Seriously? Eventually just walked out.
