Macy's, Hillsboro OR

Selection gets worse every year. Little to no customer service. Long waits to make purchases. If you can find an employee, they barely acknowledge you if at all. Makes me want to shop online.

I love to shop Macy's, they have what i like. The personal are very respectful and helpful. I am one satafide costermer.

A very neat and tidy story with a wide variety of items. I've bought several items in the past year from different sections of the store and have been please with each of them. The last time I went there I asked one of the employees if they had a different size and she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. It is on the expensive side so if you are looking for inexpensive clothing than it would be better to try somewhere else. But definitely worth it if you can afford it!

Good selection of products but difficult to find the right size in stock.and finding a salesperson to help is near to impossible. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

A decent selection like you'd expect to find at any mall, not a huge variety but a pretty reliable well- kept store.

Not a place I like to shop! Overwhelmed by the disorganized clothing racks and confusing signage. Everyone seems unhappy to work here. I prefer smaller stores where there is better organization and helpful employees who actually enjoy their job.

The store is well kept, clean and usually well organized. Best to use one of the side entrances since the main entrance is the fragrance section, you will smell like an 82nd street evening entrepreneur using the front doors.
