Kinda more expensive than other places but not too bad. I was helped by sam and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Sam was very knowledgable and wasn't pushy like some sales people can be. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

We went to a couple different places to buy 3 mattresses for the kids. The staff here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledge. Not to mention patient (We had three tweens with us). The prices were amazing. We'll definitely be going back next time we need mattresses.

THE WORST! The worst false advertising. The worst customer service. THE WORST! Chose Mattress Firm over others because of an ad for $169, ended up being $199. Still ordered from Sam on Tuesday to be delivered on Sunday. Sunday is here and when I called first thing, I had to leave a voice-mail. Called back to find out it wouldn't be delivered until the middle of the following week. So now I'm without a bed. I canceled my order and will never do business with this shady scam company again. False advertising and false expectations! I hope they go out of business. I'll do my best in consumer affair and BBB complaints to ensure they do. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR MONEY.

We had one of the BEST experiences ever. I went to this store a week earlier to look around and I had to go back. M. C was a great server. He was a great listener and very very patient. My wife is a nurse and she loved him. He made our visit worth it. M. C.and his partner gets 2 thumbs up from me. Without knowing what what type of mattress we wanted, I came into the store with my family with just wanting to look at a king size mattress. Our sales representative, Mark, was incredibly helpful and patient. He was able to narrow down options by just a few questions and made our mattress shopping experience easy and fun. He made sure we were comfortable with everything that we were trying and wasn’t pushy to upsell or urge us to buy in the moment. He was very informative and such an awesome person to work with!

Not only him but when we returned a week later another sales representative was able to talk to us even though Mark was helping us. The environment at this location just continued to have a great selling culture to where you felt comfortable with not only the person helping you but other associates in the store. Would definitely recommend this location and their wonderful employees.

We went to the Wood village location and met with Mark, "the old guy" as it says in his business card. He was very helpful and helped us find the perfect mattress. We did spend more than expected but Mark helped us get the best deal for what we needed.

Great experience! I decided to upgrade from a Full to a Queen and this was the first place I stopped. Bonnie was super helpful and knowledgable while I was trying out different beds, and she was very pressure-free as I shopped and ultimately left to go check out other places also. I came back after a week of shopping, knowing the service here and the bed they had was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pain-free experience to sign up for financing and set up my delivery date. I've been sleeping on my mattress for a week now. I know they say it takes 21 days to sleep on a mattress to break it in, adjust to it and know if it's right for you, but I knew from day one. The very first night and every night since, I have slept all through the night without tossing and turning or waking up to my partner's and pet's movements. I got the Beautyrest Hybrid Plush and it's amazing. Still wondering if Bonnie was just teasing me about crawling on it every night to break it in.but I'm okay looking like a fool if it means I get this great of rest.:) Thanks Bonnie! I LOVE my new bed!

I was unsure of which direction to go in but her expertise, compassion, and patience got me fully fitted with a bed and base at an amazing deal. Beautiful showroom full of dream-inducing things like mattresses, including Tempur-pedic, the holy grail of them all. The place is always empty whenever I walk past, so chances are, if you go there, you're going to get full attention to your sleep-seeking needs. The place is clean & parking right in front available.

Larry was amazing. We were so pleased with his knowledge and patience educating us on today’s beds. No pressure sales. It took us a couple days to decide and he took such good care of us in the transaction. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Thank you Larry.
