Mark Chambers, aka the old guy, was great and full of knowledge. No pressure and offered us his best pricing available.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the store and was helped by a young men named Larry. He was very knowledgeable about the different products, services and financing that was available. As it turns out he has been with the company only a few months. Larry made us feel at ease with our decision process and like family. We will definitely recommend this store and Larry to everyone!

Larry was great. He listened to my thoughts about what I wanted and let me try options. He even bounced on the other side so I could evaluate. When we ran into a glitch at the warehouse he made sure we were compensated and the problem was resolved. Plus I like the bed.

Larry was a great help. I needed a mattress after 15yrs and he helped me. It took trying alot of beds and a few days of going back. But I finally settled on something. He was very patient with me and my son.
I bought a bed 2yrs ago for my son at Mattress Firm and by far this was my better experience.

Adjustable frame: could have saved the money.
Purple mattress ok.only good thing you don't sweat.
Otherwise did not fix our pain in am.
My old mattress more comfy.
Only it fell apart.
So sweat on a mattress or don't sweat on purple mattress.

I went to this location to ask if there were any Black Friday deals upcoming for a specific mattress I had chosen. I wanted to know in advance so that I could come back during that sale and buy the mattress. To my surprise, they had a clearance on that model and there were only 3 left in the state. They gave me a great deal right on the spot that I couldn't refuse. I had not even planned on making a purchase that day but I left fully loaded with a base as well. And the price was half as much as I expected. It was a great deal and it was done very quickly and efficiently. My customer service was excellent from both gentlemen who helped me that evening, but in particular, my salesperson Larry handled the majority of it. He was very attentive and determined to give me a great experience, and he succeeded.
