McCormick & Schmick's Harborside at the Marina reviews
46Amazing food and atmosphere outside by the river. Perfect for dining in the heart of downtown Portland.
Amazing food. Busy. Good service. It was to my mind expensive, but then everything in Oregon seems to be expensive.
Gorgeous location by the marina. Although there are more activities in the Summer but it's still beautiful even in the winter. The food is okay but a little pricey, however the view and the location make up for it. You can walk around or go on a boat ride in the summer but that is a different service provided by other venues around the area. Large selection of drinks.
Our first time here we simply loved the food! We totally recommend! The ultimate seafood platter is delicious! Casey is awesome!
Had dinner here with a group of 9. After waiting for 40 minutes for our appetizers we realized one of the waiters got into a fight with another table and a cook called in sick. All of these issues caused our dinner to come out late and several of our orders were significantly mixed up. Be careful before you patronize.
My friend and I had a lovely time here. Austin our server was top-notch: friendly, and helpful with impeccable service. The view of the marina is gorgeous, and the food delicious and reasonably priced. The manager, Chris (If I'm recalling his name correctly) also made us feel welcome and valued. Spend a summer's eve at Harborside.or a crisp fall afternoon or a cozy winter's brunch.) you'll love your time here.
I was really disappointed with the fish and chips. Over $20 for what I'm 99% sure was pre-battered frozen fish is ridiculous. Batter was incredibly thick and chewy. Given the price and location I would recommend something else.
Excellent happy hour menu. We will celebrating a friends birthday. Should definitely try the cheese cake.
Usually a fabulous place to go but this time everything was just average except the hostess, she was a hoot! Nice place to go, sit outside and enjoy fine wine and good food. We went on a Thursday, which is 1/2 price bottles of wine (with very few exclusions) so we stepped up our typical price point. - caymus. Yum!
Amazing happy hour and great entrees. The cocktails are delightful. I recommend the M&S iced tea, fish taocs, parmesean crusted chicken, Mac and cheese, salmon, and Mexican street corn.
Classy but not overly Portlandy. Beautiful views of the harbor. Good, very fresh seafood, but it comes with a very heavy price tag. The drinks are poured well and the regulars are diverse but all appear to be at least upper-middle-class. This is in a nice area of Portland and you can easily eat there in a button-up and tie without feeling out of place.
My sister and I had a wonderful time there, sitting outside at happy hour. The food was delicious and reasonably priced
The staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. (Thanks for helping us find our Scrabble tiles!) It was a lovely birthday outing.
THANK YOU GUYS! Our waiter was AMAZING, surprised me with his favorite dish, the Swordfish? ! Aaaamazing!
Disappointed overall. Nice location, but menu was underwhelming and service at the bar was disorganized and almost rude. Not the level of hospitality you would expect from an establishment like that.
Corporate menu, corporate prices. Decent beer selection. Good location too. The service isn't always great but they're always friendly.
Sloooooooow service, WAY overpriced ($22 for Mac and cheese w/few shrimp). Too many other places to go on "waterfront".
Had dinner outside.perfect setting on a warm Portland Oregon evening. Food delicious, service needs some help. Had to ask numerous times for water, our appetizers were not correct so the chef made up for it. So getting the main meal, not sure where the waitress was. Overall still s nice experience.
Great setting and attentive staff. The food is a little pricey but very good. Try the Ahi Tuna. The view and atmosphere are very nice. Also next door there is a bar with no name or signage that is also very nice. It's worth a visit.
Nice view of the Willamete River with outdoor tables on the river walk. Food is good. Wait staff is very helpful.
