Nordstrom Washington Square

Tess was a fantastic inspiration and extremely patient while we tried several dresses and swimsuits.

My all time favorite shopping. Best quality and customer service around. If you shop the sales very reasonable. Great customer reward program. Fantastic options.

This was the second time that I had gone to the Tom Ford counter to get some help but nobody is ever there! The first time I went there was nobody and it was awkward because there was 2 sales associates at Joe Malone who made eye contact with me but didn’t even say “hi” or “let me find someone to help you” or even a “we’ll be right with you”. Nothing, they just looked away! Even though I was looking to purchase something that day so since nobody helped me I had to leave!
Then the second time I came back which was yesterday it was the same situation, but instead this time the girl at the mac counter (Liz Crowley) was the only person who helped me!

Very dead due to pandemic. Went with friend for her to buy things. I didn't do anything but look and wait as she shopped.

Kudos to Tristyn in the lingerie dept! She was helpful, respectful, knowledge, and super intuitive. Everything she brought us just got better and better. Excellent service!

It used to be that I would have to be dressed in a suit to be paid attention to at nicer department stores like this one. But I no longer need to wear a suit, I usually dress quite casually. So I was very happy to be helped right away which was very nice. Washington Square has a lovely store, the perfect place to find a great gift or shop for myself. Carla in the Jewelry department was very helpful.

Even though I live far a way, I like to come to this store! The service is excellent and some times they have a discount on some things! Who does not like discounts ️

With luxury retailers dealing with hard times in many cities, it is good to have the stability of Nordstrom in our market.

They may be a little long in the slim/fit menswear area for my age and shape, but quality, selection and service remains a constant.

When their cafe reopens and a nice lunch and a glass of wine offers a sophisticated element to shopping, I'll add back a fourth star.

Picked up a bottle of Chanel from the women’s fragrance department and was helped out by someone named Victoria. She did an amazing job at wrapping my gift and was super polite and helpful. Her customer service was amazing and she made me feel valuable as a customer.

This isn't about this specific store location, but Nordstrom in general. I returned a package via usps and received a refund for only half the items I sent in the package (original package, with all items from same order). Upon contacting customer service, I was told my inquiry would be transferred to the investigation team and I would be notified within 72 hours whether the refund for my other items was approved or denied.

I honestly can't believe that this is Nordstrom's policy. I always thought they had the best customer service, which is why I've shopped there for so long, but now I have to sit on my thumbs for three days and cross my fingers that they decide to give me my money back for items I have returned to them? Some employee probably lost the items in the returns-delivery bay and now I have to pay the price.

Nordstrom is literally stealing from their customers with this policy. I will never shop with Nordstrom again.

Very busy.the are getting the Christmas season off in style and still staying within the CDC guidelines

Excellent customer service! Astrid in Cosmetics is an amazing salesperson. She gets me in the store when she has new products that I need to check out or sees that I need to replenish my favorite go to cosmetics. I live closer to the Downtown store but shop at the Washington Square store because of her customer service.

Always have and always will love Nordy’s. What’s not to love about ALWAYS free shipping? Sometimes I skip the brands’ website and buy through Nordstrom directly because of that. Plus you get random free gifts!

Mariah *slim & long blonde hair* in the makeup department provided me w excellent service. Thank you Mariah! I bought 3 Laura Maurier products and a Lancome product. I went in for my 20th birthday to shop and she was beyond helpful and beyond kind! Thank you thank you!

Always great service and awesome quality. Clothing here may cost twice as much as someplace else but it lasts more than twice as long

I miss my Nordstrom store at Clackamas Town Center, I now have to drive an hour to get to a Nordstrom store. I'm a try it on kind of shopper, I despise mail order anything, as it's a hassle to return items.

Love Nordstrom always for their superb customer service and products! Their cafe has amazing options also including wine and beer! I always enjoy my visit!

Well i do like this store. Am not much of a shopper. I can always find something there that i need. The people are always friendly and helpful.

Shoes came in mail defective, and the return process was smooth and effortless, and the lady in the Men’s shoes department was the sweetest person ever! So thankful for Nordstroms amazing service.

Love their return policy, helps when you have kids that can be very picky. Wish there was a larger childrens section.
