Nordstrom Washington Square

Spent 20 minutes looking in menswear for suit. Walked by almost every employee, not even a hello? Welcome to Nordstrom? How can I help? Lots of employees standing around talking. What happened Nordstrom?

Have had many great experiences here, but most recently was with a saleswoman in the shoe area. I had a pair of boots that unfortunately started falling apart. I went to inquire about the shoe repair service they unfortunately don't have anymore. She was so sweet and told me not to worry and that they still had that shoe in stock. She went and grabbed me a brand new pair. I was just in awe of how smooth and easy the process was. This is why I shop at Nordstrom! The customer service is always incredible and they stand behind their products. To me, this is the reason I am more willing to spend a bit more at Nordstrom for the fact that the products last a long time, and if they don't, they are willing to own up to it and help you out.

I love everything about this store. Been shopping g there for almost a decade and have not been let down even once. The salesperson are knowledgeable about their department and products. They even advise you to try before you buy an expensive skin care product. They also share the buying trend for clothing and investment luxury items like Chanel / LV etc. There is absolutely no pressure to buy. I love the curbside pickup while running errands. The only advise I have is they stock up on high demand items like May Lindstrom, Guerlain and Amore pacific.
