29Were helpful. But felt like I can feel negative energy for some reason. Like they were almost agitated for asking questions. And I was saying what there website suggested and one of the girls tried to go against what I was saying, almost like she was upset that I was right and even her co-worker told her she was wrong. And she still looked it up.trying to prove me wrong. Was weird.
I spoke with Justin, and he helped me with exactly what I needed! My vehicle crisis (brake light switch malfunction not allowing me to put my car into gear) was resolved within an hour of me calling.

Ordered a part from a different location that was brought to my local store in less than 2 hours. Very convenient.
I was trying to buy to bumper prying tool but this store didn’t have it, so they told me to buy this and it will work just fine. I was in a hurry and tired because I just got out of work so I went through with it. I was shocked to find out the next morning that these tools are not even brand new (as you can see the images below). You can see the tip of the orange wedge already used. These guys literally just taped up these tools and resell it at full price ($12.99 to be exact).
Beware of this store because I would not recommend it.

Clean, knowledgeable and fast. When it comes to parts on a car I know very limited but I do my research so I'm not cheated or over sold. Not at all the case here the young man was friendly and didnt try to upsell he actually sold me a cheaper product letting me know it was just as good. Parking is limited but ladies this is were to go for the right price
First class. Tested an alternator, and provided expert assistance. Kelly was most knowledgeable, professional, and O'Reilly should hire more like Kelly. I'll be back.
It seems every time I’ve come into this place to pick up something that has been listed “in stock” online it’s either: a) out of stock or b) the employees can’t find it in the back. Tonight this is the third time this has happened in a row and I’m done with it. I’ll shop somewhere else from now on that isn’t a huge time-suck.
I’ve spent more time at the store than the actual time I’ve spent, working on the alternator and battery of my car.i’m not really impress of the customer service because he was either slow or just don’t know what he was doing.
This is a typical auto parts store. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable about auto parts. I went in to replace the spark plugs on my 2006 Ford Expedition with the spark plugs that break when trying to replace. I came here because they rent the removal tool if one breaks for free (deposit required). The counter person said they did not rent them when their website said they did. Needless to say, they did rent them. Their prices are competitive but you can get everything online for a lot cheaper. If I go to an auto parts store and pay a premium I would hope they can ensure that I get the right parts. Not really the case. With that said, most auto parts counter people just know how to do a computer search. Just be realistic about your expectations and you will be happy.
Went to buy a headlight bulb. The guy behind the counter offered to helo me replace it. As he was feeling around to find the connection the light came on. Turns out my burned out headlight was just a loose connection. I returned the bulb and was on my way. That worker saved me a couple hours of hassle and frustration, not to mention $22. I know the bulb will go out eventually and you can bet I'll be returning to this O'Reilly location for a replacement when it does!
I have a commercial account with O'Reilly's, and I would rate this a pretty average location. The product selections what you would expect from O'Reilly, what the common item is in stock and the less common items a day or two out. The employees seem helpful enough when other customers had questions. It's not the best O'Reilly I've ever been to but it's certainly not a bad location.
They have what I need for car parts and very helpful management help me put on my wiper blades which was awesome in the rain
When parts from the dealership cost over $400, why pay that when you can get parts that will work for $115.
The staff is very helpful however they are not trained well enough to help with every issue a customer presents to them.
Went in for headlights, I picked up the wrong one. The employee made sure I got the right ones, grease for the connectors, then came out and installed them for me. Fantastic service!
I was there to buy some parking and fog lights. James was so VERY helpful! Such great customer service for someone who knows nothing about cars!
I was there early afternoon. I got in and out fast but I was not looking for anything especial. There were a couple more customers.
They know their stuff but I'm sad to see that their girl counter person Laura is no longer their she was great at her job.
