Needed wiper fluid. Young guy was too busy on his personal phone to help me.
He checked me out without even saying hello once. Not coming back here. What happened to actually servicing the customer? Go somewhere else if you want actual help.

One of the employees saw my Bernie shirt and started yelling about his taxes going up to 40%. It really a bunch of mouth breathers who don't know what they are talking about half the time.

One of my first spot for auto parts needs. Great customer service staff who are willing to help and answer any question. Don't afraid to ask for help, they don't bite!
I've been consistently disappointed with how rude the manager is at this location. Mostly unhelpful and wouldn't accept a 5 gallon used oil bucket, which is the maximum they can accept, he said it was a "safety hazard". I was forced to go to the other Oreilly location in Aloha and would recommend the same to others.
Waited for quite a while until I was finally helped. Associate did work hard to help me find the part I needed though. Although she failed to realize that I had the part I needed all along.
