PetSmart, Eugene OR

The staff here is very knowledgeable. They're always so kind to my rambunctious pups. They seem to sometimes be understaffed. (I'm basing this off of pre pandemic experience.) That's the only reason they don't have 5 stars.

Lots of dog food/toys. Wish there were more staff on hand for questions. I ended up just getting in line and asking the cashier.

I usually go to Petsmart at Chad Drive.
I went to this one cuz it was closer.
I rally did not like this one. It was overwhelming. Too small area, felt clostrophobic. Wont go there again.

Knowledgeable staff and super clean. They have a vet on site that checks all the animals before they are sold. The selection of pets is not huge but the quality of care seems better than other pet stores I've been to.

Everything from beds to food to toys to live prey to grooming and treats, this place has anything you need.

This pet store has a large variety of. Cat and dog food aswell as leashes rhe staff is helpful amd friendly the store is allways clean it a pleasure to shop here

Employees are always friendly and willing to help with everything being disabled they'll go get the stuff for me all I have to do is pay for it at the counter

Rating a chain store seems odd; but this location is not my favorite PetSmart in town. I'm pretty sure they have all the same (or mostly the same) items as the others, but this locations store feels a bit cramped and hard to navigate compared to others IMHO. Very good selection of foods, grooming tools, etc for cats, dogs, etc, but you CAN find better prices in other stores. Not a huge difference, but I prefer the local pet stores myself if I'm going to pay a few extra bucks for a bag of food.

Kyle helped me so much in buying my bearded dragon. My beardie is perfect, he's happy and healthy. Thanks to PetSmart for helping me adopt my new little buddy!

We took our Shaded Silver Persian “Henry” in for a grooming appointment. Katie was simply amazing! She was knowledgeable, helpful and loves what she does! We highly recommend Katie and Petsmart grooming services!

Heather the dog trainer is wonderful! I wasn't sure about taking classes from a big store, but we are learning a lot. Definitely worth the money.

I'm giving it two stars because when I go in to buy medium crickets they never have medium they only have small and large and I end up paying almost $7 for 4 dozen of small crickets when I can go to mini petmart off of 7th and get 4 dozen for $4 of medium crickets

Not the best selection of pet supplies or advice on the fish section of the store. Found it difficult to communicate to employees about what was the best environment etc.) None the less looks like since healthy fish.

I was not allowed to buy a fish without a water sample from my tank. The second trip made the fish very expensive. My tank water was just fine and I felt rather humiliated. The assistant manager was kind and apologized for the incident.

I adopted a beautiful rescue named Sage. He has some separation aneixty. But the ladies are so good with him. Thanku so much for taking good care of my boy. Your the Best!

PetSmart is a little pricey but you do get quality service and products. I like the store because the stamp is really helpful when you have questions about your pet. And they have a good selection of cat toys. And they have these long peacock feathers and my cat just loves it. Anyway and have a great store in Eugene.

Not to happy with the fact that they would not do my return with the exchange receipt. Otherwise our trip was ok.

Dr Harman and all the vet techs are outstanding. Bucky my dog injuries his foot. He got exrays and pain meds. We were instructed how to care for him at home. Thank you Dr Harman for caring for our Bucky.
