I am currently in the store on Willamette right now. We’ve been waiting in the fish section for 20 minutes for someone to come help us test our water. They’re obviously short staffed, so I don’t blame the employees. Management should be doing a better job.

Great store, knowledgeable staff, increasing product selection. My dogs love the Billy + Margo chilled rolls in the fridge. Very high quality stuff!

The staff here is always friendly and they usually have what I need for my rabbit. I've been impressed with their widening selection of rabbit food and hay lately
