My husband recently brought his truck there to have some repair work done to the paint job. He worked with Dawn. He said she was fantastic. She knew her job well and knew what was wrong with the paint job right away. She took care of everything for him. He could not be more pleased with the service provided.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Shelley and her amazing work on my car! I got rear ended and picked power collision because it was closest to my house, and i am so glad I DID! Dropped my car off and was expecting the repairs to take over a week, they text me everyday letting me know how it was going and I swear had my car ready in record time! They cleaned the inside and the outside and I seriously can't stop thinking how beautifull it looks! Its absolutely perfect and I am so pleased, thanks again power collision!

1st she didnt just try to get the job when it was an insurance estimate.
Customerservice is whats here best aspect- she listend and conducted a needs and want interview. Then executed on all my wants wile esuring me all my needs would be met. My need to get my truck back to where it was before the accident. My needs were exeeded by now how, trust inexperts that do the work and knowing witch dirrection to go and the dirrection were going in the future more of my wants being exeeded its all because of Dawn the best paint or anyother service writer i have ever worked with.
I must say i have had a quoat from your shop before and was nothing like working with Dawn.
I only had en experience like the one i had with your shop when i bought my truck @ power in sublimity Hose at sublimity Chevrolet.

From the moment we walked into Power Collision Center we felt very welcome. The smell of freshly popped popcorn filled the air as we were greeted with a kind smile by Shelley Beard at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions, which we had many.

After the almost $2800 worth of damage to our car was repaired, we met Dawn Johnston. Her genuine attitude towards customer service was of the HIGHEST QUALITY. I felt that she (and her team) went above and beyond what was asked.

The car looked like it had never been hit.or even touched for that matter. They even DETAILED it. Exquisite service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My experience with Dawn was nothing short of extraordinary. Customer service is a practiced and mastered skill, not a born thing - i felt so taken care of throughout the whole process, even through a super small miscommunication, I felt like they had my best interest at heart. My beautiful baby looks so much better, and Dawn was able to do some magic and keep my bill at a reasonable cost for a LOT of work. Thank you guys so much! I recommend them if you want a quick, seamless, trustworthy experience

I have all good to say about Power Collision. They have excellent customer service, and their technicians worked miracles on my Nissan. The building and grounds look very professional and top-of-the-line, so I assumed they would be way over-priced, but instead they did excellent work at very affordable prices. Honest and pleasant-to-deal-with staff.

Best body shop ever! Dawn is amazing- she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Power Collision is quick, thorough and courteous. They even took the time to wash the outside of my car and vacuum and wipe down the inside. Last time my car was in their shop being worked on, I didnt have a ride to pick it up when it was done, so they had their driver drive across town to pick me up. I have been very satisfied both times they fixed my vehicle!

In June our parked Buick Enclave was sideswiped by someone who, unfortunately, was insured through Allstate. After visiting several body collision shops, we chose Power Collision to make the necessary repairs. Dave, the Estimator, was on top of things and submitted an estimate to Allstate right away. Allstate came back with an estimate that was half the cost because they did not want to replace the parts that were dented, only repair them. Dave spent a lot of time on the phone with the long-distance claims adjuster to explain why new parts were needed, and the repair was finally approved.
We picked up our finished car yesterday, and it looks absolutely beautiful! The paint is matched perfectly, and you cannot tell that it was ever in an accident. In addition, whoever did the final detailing did an exceptional job-it looked better than when we bought the car! Special kudos also goes to Dave for the countless hours he spent on the phone with Allstate to make sure that the car was repaired correctly and for speaking with numerous long-distance adjusters who decided that they no longer needed to pay for our car rental, which they finally did after Dave's many calls. His accurate record-keeping helped to convince one of the insurance managers that any delay of completion was based on Allstate's refusal to okay replacement of certain parts. We feel like he was really there representing us to make sure the job was done right. We highly recommend Power Collision!

Hello my name is Luis Curiel and i went to Power Collision in Salem, OR on Feb 22,2019 Around 4: 40pm and i had the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I felt discriminated and felt very unappreciated. So it all started by me walking in wanting a estimate on how much it would cost to fix my bumper and i went to the front desk and asked if i can get an estimate and the lady that attended me was like in a hurry to get home and there was still 45min till closing time, i asked the lady if i cant get an estimate and when i asked she was like “ ohhh ummm we are about to close let me see if someone is still here” but in a rude attitude like she didn't want to help so a couple minutes later she found someone to give me an estimate but instead of wanting to give me an estimate, he wanted to play 21 questions with me, he asked me, have you talk to your insurance? I said yes. He then asked me have you reported it? And i said no not yet because they are going to ask me what place i was to go and i have chose a play thats why i came here.so then he said well you have to report it first. And i told him i need to see where i want to go first and then i am going to let them know, and i even told him, i went to one place before this one and they gave me a full estimate without any problems even gave me a couple sheets ok how much its going to be, and when i told him that i went somewhere else before this he automatically said so you're going to go from place to place? And i said i cane to get a estimate here and there to see which one was better. And he didn't even see my car. It looked like he didn't even want to help/work when there was still 45 min left.i felt very very discriminated. The guy was around 60 years old full white hair and beard.i need something to be done!

Took my Yukon XL to have it fixed. Jason ordered the parts on Thursday of first week, I called to say I could bring in the next Tuesday. Rented a car and was told should be done on Friday. Dropped the car off Tuesday morning and I stopped by to get something out of car Wednesday about 11: 00 am. They said car was done and being washed. I was so surprised, so took rental back and picked my car early in the afternoon. Looks brand new!

These guys went above and beyond for us. We needed a fairly quick turnaround and they finished the vehicle on time, and even returned it to us washed and clean! Great customer service, and a really nice new facility.

These guys rock! I took my farm truck in for some voluntary repairs the week before a long holiday weekend and we needed to use the truck that weekend. Some parts got delayed and the folks at Power asked if they could keep it over the weekend. To say the least, i was very disappointed to be without my truck. Well, Jason Thomas from Power stepped in and saved the day! He pulled strings, rescheduled things and make it happen! Friday night my truck was done and I drove away a very happy camper. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jason Thomas, at Power Collision made our repair process very efficient, it was done much earlier than promised, and the finished product is awesome! We will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family, and come back ourselves, if we ever need their services again!

They made my car look beautiful again and worked with us on some difficulties financially. Great customer service and have a great work ethic. No over spray and you can't tell a deer ran into my car or sign that it was in an accident.
