25If half a star was possible, they'd get half a star, a full star is too much. It's been over a month since my car was sent for repairs. Every time I call I get told "we're waiting for a part", as of April 25th I was told the same story "we have everything we need, we're just waiting for a part and your car should be done by next Wednesday (May 2nd) ". It's now May 4th and their "waiting for a part" apparently they ordered the wrong tire and my car will be ready next Wednesday (May 9th), just no guarantee it will actually be ready.
Had a fender bender on kids car and they made a stressful situation much better. Worth checking them out.
My car was rear-ended on October 26,17. It was repaired by Main Auto Body and completed on January 18,18. The car was towed to Power Collision and inspected for safety concerns after 84 days at previous shop. Power Collision took the the time and effort to work with us and our insurance company to determine our vehicle was not repaired safely. Great Customer Service, and very thorough with details. Working with Steve has been the best experience by far through this process.
I came in with my truck that a busted up tailgate. They were extremely professional and were very quick with paper work. They got a new tailgate for me painted and installed in just 2 days. Very happy with my experience there. I will recommend it to everyone and I will go back if I need to!
Took my car originally to capitol collision center they were booked out for 2 months, took my car to power collision they had it in by 2 weeks. While my car was in the shop they noticed extra damage that was not on the capitol estimate and fixed it all through my insurance. Staff was always friendly and communicated through the process every step of the way.
