Terrible. Paid for 3 months of service and never got pick ups.finally had to rent dumpsters to get rid of excess garbage (paid more for those). Called over 25 times (with long wait times) over the 3 months.horrible customer service. I'm very patient and friendly even when frustrated with an issue and never got an apology, just annoyed unhelpful people. Would go elsewhere if there were ANY choice.
