Riverwood Heights Apartments, Tigard OR

Riverwood has gone through some amazing transformations from upgrading there office to the whole complex. Staff is amazing and so is there maintenance guys. The amenities from the indoor pool and spa to the 24/7 gym is awesome. Definitely would recommend this place.

Terrible. Just awful all around whether it comes to the lying management or the shoddy apartments. Would not recommend this complex to anybody looking to live in the area. Save your time, money, and energy for ANY other place you can find.

Scammers They took my application charged me 45 said I was approved than never contacted me and kept my money. Vicoria Rautio kept saying my friend. She lies to you than just never responds.

I live here, and just can't describe with words how unhappy I'm here, I was reading some of the reviews and they are absolutely true, worst place to live, can't wait for my renting lease to end to get out of here, don't think twice before renting here, think about it a hundred times. You will regret once you are here.

Incompetent management and terrible complex overall. Have had nothing but problems with them. If you're looking for an apartment complex to move into, keep looking. I regret the year I wasted living here.
