As if dealing with constant cockroach infestations, negligent management, lack of maintenance staff and persistent vehicle towing threats wasnt enough, several buildings have been without laundry access for close to a month. Multiple tenants have reached out to management with zero response and no solution to the issue. Over memorial day weekend they sent out a newsletter stating that one building that did not exist had working washers and dryers and the rest would be available that Monday, a holiday. Machines still werent working that day and they were conveniently closed. Avoid moving here unless you have zero other options, seriously.

My experience here has been great. I have good neighbors and I love being dog and duck adjacent. They are obviously paying attention to the facilities and taking care of things. They have been putting money back into the community too, which if they continue to do, I'll probably wind up staying here for the very foreseeable future. May wind up upgrading twice throughout my time here.

An employee suggested to me that they'd notice these reviews and I hope so because your team here is excellent in my opinion, and your facilities staff are absolutely amazing.

The ducks are great ambiance and there are plenty of dogs in the neighborhood that people are more than happy to let you get to know if you just ask politely.
