Ross Dress for Less

This is pretty much the only store I shop at. I just love Ross Dress for Less. Great deals on kitchen items, home decor, beauty products. They’re the only place in town that I can find cute jeans that fit! The associates are always very helpful and friends.

I came to this Ross purchased 5 items the cashier gave me 3 of them when I realized this I called back the following day asked them to run the cameras back and informed them I have proof of purchase. Management seemed extremely disconnected they were just like okay didn’t care about the fact that I had to drive far to come back and fix there mistake. Even when I got there they were still unapologetic customer service is everything. Your only in business because of customers so they should act like it going forward I hope that they can improve on their customer service skills and be mindful of things that may be a inconvenience to their customers.

Very positive experience! Found alot of beautiful clothing at a very reasonable price. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Shout out to employee Sylvia in the dressing room area. She was very helpful and her people skills are to be commended. Great asset to the company.

Pretty good stuff, but very limited selection. Basically sold out of everything worth anything. The security people are super overbearing, which I get, but I’m not down with the profiling. Maybe if they weren’t breathing down my neck for having piercings they would have noticed the couple shoving tons of merchandise under their stroller. ‍️ I’m a retail manager, so I understand shrink, but maybe stop stalking someone every three minutes because they have piercings and tattoos. You might actually succeed at keeping shrink down then. ‍️ just my two cents, but what do I know, I’m obviously a criminal.

Felt like an smaller location that was over charging for brands. But had an okay selection of stuff.unless your a tall guy.then you're out of luck.

Very clean and almost organized. I hesitate going into Ross stores because they always seem disorganized. I had 20 minutes to find a blouse, check out and get to my hair appointment and I accomplished that, with a few minutes to spare (without speeding)!

Followed by store employee's all over the store and they acted like my 100 dollar bill was fake and I ain't no criminal I work and pay for everything it makes me mad when they profile people out

Ross must be going out of business. Lacks merchandise in all departments. The 162nd n Division is even worse. Good luck shoppers.

I Enjoy shopping ar Ross because I can everything I need there for my daughter they always have the cute shirts for less.

Ii love shoping here though its no dd.s discounts (when they first opened and had awesome everything) and the shoe selection has gone downhill not as many name brands as b4 still overall a cool place to shop and every once in a while u find that super awesome piece here still.

Not the most aesthetically pleasing store to be in and kind of messy (clothes disheveled on the racks, hangers and clothes on the floor) but some cute options

This Ross never seems to have the amount of stock ad other Ross stores that are around it. Shoes and men's clothes especially

I love stopping by when i come to Portland, so hard to leave without finding something wonderful at a great price!

Lots of good merchandise to look through. Wide variety. I bought two pair of shoes. Tom's and Sketchers!

This is a hit or miss store. Best time to go for shopping and customer service is when they first open. Don't go in the evening, the tweeker and service match. HORRIBLE

Cute high-end clothing for affordable price. You can get Calvin Klein, Guess, and more clothing brands for cheap. They have bras workout clothes everything you can think of. Bedding decor for your house. I love the store

They don't have a lot clothing wise that I would buy at this particular Ross. Seems like they only sale skinny jeans which I don't wear so I don't care for this Ross much, but they do have other great items for good prices.
