25Had a good selection, good customer service, what I didn't like was the shoe area in disarray, the check out line was some kind of obstacle course made of merchandise stands and wracks. I had to figure out where it even began. So confusing let's get it together please.
Always find something. Great deals on high end hair and skin products plus vitamins and as always cute purses. The shoe section can be a bit of a crapshoot- if you want new clothes and not used this is the best deals
Friendly staff, good selection however cashiers (at the hours I've been at) always seem to be understaffed and likes can get very long before backup cashiers are called.

I personally was surprised there are not at least 1 -2 more restrooms.in store.
I was completely blown away on the way i was treated when i was trying to return items i had bought the same day with a receipt and was told " then fine take it back where u bought it. Next person please" yea i was totally treated like i was in the wrong or like i was a thief. They denied my return and told me i was burnt pretty much. Ross is over rated over priced and dont know how to treat their costumers. Dont shop there.
