Safelite AutoGlass, Keizer OR

I accidentally knocked off my rearview mirror and stopped by this shop to see if they could fix it. One of their techs fixed it in no time and as a courtesy. Great service. Will keep this shop in mind next time I have to repair my windshield.

My cars front window on the driver side got a chip on Sunday and I filed the claim same day with my insurance. The next day on Monday I got a call early in the morning from SafeLite and then they informed me that they could have a mobile tech out later that same day! I was so happy it was the same day they could come. It was just a crack but it was definitely noticeable and I was genuinely happy and shocked how they said they could come fix it same day! The service tech was very nice and let me know that they aren't miracle workers so the crack won't be completely gone but that it won't be as noticeable. The tech was right that it was definitely not as noticeable! Glad for how quick the service was!

They did an absolutely wonderful job! They were all very nice and friendly.my windshield looks great, very clean on the inside, well knowledged, very thorough and very kinda to me while I was there. Definitely would recommend.

When it comes to getting chips repaired, I soon realized they're in the business of gouging insurance companies that pay the full cost of these repairs. They quoted me $117, which for me would be $100 out of pocket. So I called around and got it done elsewhere for $60. That's $40 less I had to pay and I kept my insurance company out of it. I you like calling on a service that charges double just because your insurance company is paying the bill, you are part of the reason all our premiums go up.

Could not full fill their obligation of good customer service. Botched a scheduled appointment by not having the correct part available for the service date and time. Lacked professional knowledge necessary to identify the correct part by make model or year which is required to obtain the correct part. Lacked professional courtesy in rescheduling an appointment after receiving the correct part. Went 2 days after the botched appointment until hearing a thing from anyone at Safelite at this Salem Oregon Location.

Repairs a rock chip. Other Safelite shops I have used in the past repairs the chip so you couldn't see it. This repair, or so called repair looks no different than before the repair. The said it would hold even if the chip could be seen. Time will tell. Shop was dirty and disorganized but staff were very friendly.

They repaired a crack in my windshield and it didn't take very long, plus it has a lifetime warranty that's good in my home state too!

Excellent service. Scheduled at our convenience. I watch the entire process and saw how carefully they were with the tools and protecting the car at all times. Explained the process as he went as I was interested. I’d most certainly use Safelite again if needed.

This was my first experience with Safelite and it was great! Blayne replaced my windshield and did an excellent job! The staff is so friendly! I highly recommend them!

Stood me up on mobile replacement on first day. Said they could not do mobile on day two, but could at shop. Not made for large vehicles: No room, and trees beat the hell out of roof. NOT impressed! If you have a CMV, don't use these people. At least they are friendly and took $50 off deductible

Created an appointment online for the same day, dropped off my truck and received great fast service!

I was greated, offered coffee and donuts. The technician explained what he was going to do. The job was finished in less than the estimated time. He vacuumed everything very well, even under the seats and the trunk. The window looks exactly like the original. Definitely a good experience.

Our installer was friendly, efficent, and did an excellent job! The weather was awful, cold and wet, and they came to the house, and I was surprised how quick the job went, specifically because the it was so cold outside, like 30°!

The old windshield was broken all the way across and not installed properly, so we really appreciate THE TECH we had! He deserves a raise!

Scheduled online and TECH that arrived early, did an excellent job, and was prompt and courteous, knowledgeable! Thank you! EXCELLENT JOB. EXCELLENT PRICE.

Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

Shoddy Work and Poor Customer Service. Took our 2008 Enclave in for a windshield replacement. We live a couple miles outside their service area so they wouldn't provide mobile service. Windshield was replaced and now its leaking big time. Called them and asked that they send someone out to fix their mistake. Again they refused to travel a couple extra miles to fix an issue they caused! I will never use this shop again!

Update: Had to take it back to them to repair their botched install. They had to completely remove the windshield they just installed and reseal it. Now for the worst part. I was driving home today and the Cover that hides the rear view mirror cable fell off! Upon further inspection it seems their crack technicians broke it and didn't say anything! Buyer beware! Take your vehicle anywhere but this place, it;s a bad joke disguised as a business!

Excellent service. Installed my windshield fast and it looks great. They also cleaned all my other windows. I am really happy with Safelite.

I'm a first-time customer. They were ready for me on time, and they finished in half the time I expected the job to take. Very satisfied.

Took my truck into Keizer location about a year ago. Wait was long. Takes a while for them to fix a small rock chip but I was okay with that. They say that they guarantee their work and it has this mantra plastered in large type all over their store. Well about a year later the rock chip started to spread again. Called them asking about the warranty and they said they can only do a new windshield. They don't really guarantee their work. I will not use this company again.

Unreliable service at Safelight AutoGlass in Kiezer Oregon. I get a call the night before from Safelight to make sure I'm going to show up the next day at 9am. I leave the following morning at exactly 8am the same time Safelight opens actually. I show up at Safelight at 8: 45am and sit down waiting to be seen. 5mins later I get a call from Safelite saying their veteran tech called in today and they'd have to reschedule. Rescheduling was fine but not after I wasted 2 hours of driving round trip. Completely unexceptable!

I went to Safelite AutoGlass in Keizer Oregon to see about a repair on my car windshield that I figured would be a nightmare, instead I left there thinking 'Wow, these guys are amazing! ' The lobby staff was friendly and courteous, the tech workers speed of services was amazing and if I told you just how fair their pricing was well you probably wouldn't believe me. These guys are for real folks and I recommend them with 5 stars, two thumbs up and a big smile on my face.
