After not picking up our glass for over a month, we called and were assured it would be picked up. Didn't happen. So, we call again. Ruby is very rude and clearly doesn't communicate with her team about what is needed. Kathy, the apparent manager, doesnt return calls. This company used to be great. Sadly, not at all anymore.

On Tuesday, March 23, I called to obtain information on a special garbage, junk, etc. I spoke with Andrea and Kathryn to find out what my options would be. They were both so nice, listened to my silly stories (I do ramble on an on and on). They were so polite and friendly, I felt like I just visited with two good friends. They provided me the information that I needed, and I am one very lucky person to have been helped to both Andrea and Kathryn, and I think Sanipac is very blessed to have them to work with. My trash and recycle drivers are the best! Marek, our trash driver, always waves at us when he sees us outside, it gets my 3 year old daughter SO EXCITED! Our recycle driver Rob B, is a rockstar. We had packing paper stuck in our cart, and he got out of the truck and removed it for us so our cart wasn’t left half full. Service has been nothing short of perfect so far!

Great experience! I called because I was having issues with our trash pick up. I talked to Cassie who went above and beyond to figure out the problem and fix it. I'm a happy customer!

The refuse center is a total dump lol. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and ready to assist! Love the appliance recycling as well as wood, metal, and glass recycling!

Commenting on newly obtained trash/recycle service for an apt where our daughter lives. They have failed to dump the trash carts for two weeks now, and in this past week alone, after daily calls, residents were told the company would be there that day to pick it up - that these were oversights-and it still has not been picked up - this since last Thursday. Unacceptable.

Sanipac mentioned in their newsletter that I could save money by reducing the # of pick-ups in my account if I didn't need weekly pick-up of trash. I thought that was pretty cool since I really don't need weekly pick-up and I really do need to save money. Kudos to Sanipac for that! So, I called their customer service & got Andrea. Wow, was she great! She was very professional & efficient, while being warm & personable. She accommodated my request, while making sure that she & I were understanding each other well. She also has a really great voice, which was icing on the cake of a great customer service experience! Kudos to Andrea & kudos to Sanipac for hiring her! I am a very happy customer with a big smile on my face. Thank you, Andrea!

Every couple of months, we don't even get a bill from them and so they don't pick up our garbage because we're "past due" on tbe bill they never sent us. Then we have to pay extra to get it reinstated and thus start this vicious cycle all over. Also legitimately as close to a monopoly as you can get, as there is no other option for garbage service.

Its hit or miss. At least once or twice a month I have to call because they forget to take my recycle or trash. Ugh annoying when I call they say things like "it wasnt put out when we went by" annoying! I am going to be switching.

We pay for the premium garbage cans, and they have not picked up the trash and recycling multiple times. I’ve had to call multiple times and they share that they will come pick it up next time. This is completely ridiculous. I’m going to start waiting for the garbage dude every time to make sure my trash is picked up. Horrible Company

Our drivers regularly help us out when we miss putting our cans out or get the week’s collection mixed up. As a family of five it happens and these guys go above and beyond all the time. They also always take the time to wave and interact with our little ones who love seeing them each week. They drive carefully and courteously through our neighborhood and we appreciate it.

Hit and miss, Some times they pick up your garbage and some times they don't. If you called them to find out why they did not pick up the garbage their answet is just " sorry" but they dont go back to fix their mistake.
Same thing over and over.

Failed to pickup trash 5 out of 6 weeks. And only came to get the can the one time when I called and complained.

I appreciate one of the drivers who stops by our house every week and waits for our son to come out on the porch before he dumps the can. He also waves and blows his horn before taking off and it makes my son’s day. He has done this every week for a couple weeks! I also wanted to add that anytime I’ve had an issue and called, they immediately send out someone to fix the problem, be it a missed can or I had forgotten to sit it out. They are always there to serve us and are extremely cooperative.

If you want to pay too much for curbside service, that they sometimes just drive by this is the company for you. 3 times in 2 months our cans have been left of the curb, so we call to see if the truck even came by and the woman on the phone could't or would't tell us. They also have super strict recycling rules that make the mandatory recycling bin useless. It's worth driving to the dump if you can. It costs less, they recycle more, and the service is night and day better.

20 minute hold on my phone call with automated system. Then when i get an answer it wad a voice mail box. Why did i have to wait 20 minutes to leave a voicemail?

I am aware I need my cans out at curb by 7AM. This morning I wheeled my garbage out at 6: 54 and the sanipac driver drove by my house and picked up the neighbors garbage and kept going! He had to have seen me. Will they come back?

I had an awful experience with this company. I lived in Eugene for two years using their service. On multiple occasions they missed our house & over charged my account. Customer service had a short attitude with me & generally took about 10-15 minutes to answer the damn phone. Reframe from using Santipac, they are truly a terrible company. If anyone is looking to start a business, start a garbage service in Eugene and run this monopoly out of town. Cheers

Poor customer service. Due to a service issue on April 23, not just with me but at least 1 neighbor, I attempted to contact Sanipac using the email address shown on their website. Now 4 days later I am yet to hear anything from them so I think it's safe to say Sanipac does not care about customer service beyond getting people to pay their bill.

They pickup garbage in a safe and responsible manner. Holidays off for employees, we don’t mind waiting a day for service. Community oriented.
