Sanipac, Eugene OR

I just watched Sanipac driver pick up box with glass recycle in it, empty the box and then drop it on the ground. He couldn't be bothered to put it back where he found it. This guy must really hate his job to act that way. SAD

Rude customer service. Eager to charge extra fees, but won't credit when customers are on vacation or didn't get garbage pick up due to weather conditions.

This company Sucks! Started using them 5 years ago when the bill was around $62.00, now the last bill I received the rate was going up to $73. + and would be going up even more beginning the first of the year. I decided that was enough. Took my bill down to the gal in the window and ask her straight up when the service would end. On the statement it showed paid up through 11/30/2017. She said she would cancel the service then and would have the trash can removed on the 1st of Dec.which is what they did. Saturday I received a letter saying they were going to take me to collections for none payment? I stopped in this morning and talked to the same gal who now is telling me i owe still owe the $73. Have nothing good to say about this Very, Very Poorly Run Business!

Preschedule an extra (paid) pickup well in advance of Thanksgiving Day due to the fact that I'm on a Thursday route schedule (and am hosting dinner for a very large group). Yesterday Sanipac was supposed to pickup based on an advance confirmation call on Monday. Both bins were put out Tuesday night, but only the recycling was emptied on Wednesday AM. Won't deal with bad service (not even a courtesy notice/call back) ; will be actively looking for an alternative provider tomorrow.

Was going to try their service but getting someone on the phone is not easy, then when I finally did she was rude, just transferred me to someone else instead of answering my question and then I was just kept on hold and no one came on! No thanks!

I accidentally took my trash out on an off week. Pick up is on Thursday, and If I don't call by Friday I will be charged for an extra pick up, even though I won't have any trash this week. I don't bring my bins back until Friday p.m, which is too late to avoid extra charge.

I'm just over their service. Twice they didn't pick up my recycling. The driver got out looked at it then drove off. I called and complained they sent him out again.he pulled out 1 item of plastic left it on the side. Why he couldn't do that the first time when he already looked in the can. Never again.im sticking with lanapex. They even offer recycling to be picked up every week.

Driver is always super helpful, anything gets spelt he always leave the area clean. All around good people.
