Good place good people they help you out if something gose wrong with your trailer or RV if you get it that way. If they say they will do it they will do it.

I can’t say enough nice things about Sutton RV’s incredible Customer Service. I purchased a trailer at the beginning of January 2020 from Sutton RV. I asked if I could leave the trailer with them until the beginning of April because I had to take the trailer through the mountains to Alberta, Canada. I didn’t want to take a chance pulling a trailer in mountain winter driving conditions. Consequently, the CDN-USA Border closed on the 13 March 2020 due to Covid19. Now 9 months later, my trailer is still on Sutton RV’s lot in Eugene, Oregon because I can’t get across the border to collect it. The staff, especially Ms. K. Tangle have been incredibly understanding even while they themselves we’re experiences difficult times with Covid19 and the fires this past summer. It has been very frustrating losing an entire year of use of my newly purchased trailer but the only silver lining has been the incredible Customer Service at Sutton RV. Thank You.

Sutton RV, has been Great. Terry and Bruce in the sales department got us in walked us through options during the sales processtgey got in in our new hone within 2 days of our purchase. As good as Terry and Bruce were on the sales side Jordan on the service side has gone above and beyond. We purchased our 5th wheel due to loosing our home to the holiday fire. It want 3 days later and we had to evacuate our new camp ground. I had no hitch so I called Jordan and he was on the way to the rescue so we wouldn’t lose our home again. We have had another issue with the camper which was not a big deal and Jordan came out and got it fixed. I would absolutely recommend the Sutton RV family.

I purchased a new Northern Lite truck camper. Sutton RV did a excellent job preparing my truck (installing air shocks.tie-downs, and extended trailer hitch). Since I live in Bend, OR, the service dept.staff stayed late to finish preparing my truck so I would not have to stay the night in a hotel. I highly recommend Sutton RV for both sales and service.

I have been shopping for an RV trailer for a couple of months and with one exception have hit every dealer in the greater Eugene area at least twice. The exception is Sutton RV, where I've stopped at least 5 times and will ultimately conduct business.

I am shopping at a tremendous disadvantage because my other half is 200 miles away and works so communication is slow but she needs to be included. Most places push and hard to sell something immediately. Sutton has respected my situation and taken the needed time, allowed me to take and send videos to get feedback/ input. Thats made a huge difference! The lines they carry are also among the nicer units to be found. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Worked with Devin, Don and Kim. We purchased site unseen. Traveled from California to pick it up, and were able to camp immediately! They hooked us up with a great deal!

Great communication and friendly staff. Tyler was great! I highly recommending asking for him. We had a little hiccup that happened just down the street. They were there right away helping us out. The whole management team was great to work with. Love our 2019 Escapade!

Tried to purchase a new camper, drove hours, made a deal, went to the finance office and got the old used car salesman treatment. "Oh, the unit we showed you that was on sale is sold, but we have an identical unit not on sale, its $7500 more. Just sign here". We walked, obviously.shady, disrespectful, and a waste of our time.

After taking delivery of a new Wildcat Max in September 2019 we found numerous factory installed items that weren’t done correctly (invoice 142229) we were VERY dispointed, we returned the trailer to Sutton RV and with the excellent and professional help from Kelly Ogburn and Technician Josh we now (1-17-2020) are happy campers Special Thanks to all of Sutton’s Servicemen and Woman

Devin was absolutely amazing. We had never been Rv shopping before, and let him know that we were looking a year + out. He stayed just as hyped about walking us around, he showed us so many different models. You could tell that he is very passionate about his career.

Excellent service, above and beyond what they normally do. They had a mix up on when it was supposed to be moved and we needed done that day and their normal guy was out of town, so they personally did it themselves! They set it up and got us everything we needed for it. I’ve never had or used a travel trailer before and they used terms that I could understand and did a great job of teaching me how to use it all!

Looking at "retirement" 5th wheels. Dealt with salesmen, Hugh andTerry, and Matt, the Riverstone factory rep. All were extremely knowledgeable and spent over an hour with us, answering every question we had. When we buy (and we are), we will more than likely return to Sutton RV.
