29Awesome environment. Sales is knowledgeable and not pushy. I love the family environment and I like they can back up a sale of a unit with a large service shop.
Our experience was terrible. They were shady in how they dealt with finances, add-ons, etc. They had us sit for an hour going back and forth between people like a used car lot. We up and left. We went to RV outpost and had the best service. Purchased an RV there.
Great Experience here! We purchased a new 5th wheel. Sales, finance, service all an A+. Looked all over Lane County and Sutton Will be my go to in the future for sure! Thank you!
I purchased a camper at Sutton RV 9/6/2017 it went as smooth as I had hoped. While I have read some of the other negative comments. Make me think they didn't know what they were talking about or reviewed the wrong place our experience was nothing but first class all the way. I will be telling my friends to go see them as well.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He did not seem upset that we didn't buy that day, but understood the need for us to take our time and really think it through. We are planning on going back to buy there later.
They tried to add my trade in amount to the purchase price, tried to confuse me loudly telling me that I did not understand. The purchase price would have been more than the sale price with my trade in so they said they'd give me other options because the sale price was more than the value of the trailer. These guys are absolute crooks. They say they're the family place. B. S. They'll try to confuse you so they can rob you
The motto here is "get it over the curb". Meaning as long as the customer doesn't notice what's wrong with it before they get it home, it's okay. They pawn off inferior products on unsuspecting consumers and do whatever they can to not have to pay for things that are falling apart in the units before the customer gets it home and has to pay to fix it themselves. Be ware.
I've had great service from Terry in the Sales department, he was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of my new RV. Even when I had a few minor problems with my new RV, the service department got me in immediately and Heidi coordinated everything to get it fixed. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them.
